He just talks to much. He did better than he used too. I just need him to learn how to ask the questions and then be quiet and let the guest answer.
My thing is this I watched the show and I think I watched about maybe half an hour app and that couldn't take it anymore the guy disrespected the woman so bad after he hadisrespected his self and the girl disrespected herself they went in a room and slept together I thought this was about God not about making money because there's a difference break disappointment and the guy disrespected the girl when he disrespected the girl when he Supposedly eliminated her but then hes he made a he just put her down and gotten gotten nothing to do with that and the man was so nasty that he sleeped ing around with another girl feeling all alone or this is good for TV now not having to do it God this was be a gospel singer Kurt Franklin but he aint got no God any more evidently he dropped it off at the curb and the girl was so hurt I was hurt for and the other girl wanted to fight her I can't believe this is like watching wise of Atlanta without the fight Shame on u co Franklin just shame shame
Now I understood when he said this is not a Christian data show but so you can't take God out of the man if God is in the man anyway unless the man drops God off by the wayside so if it didn't or you dropped God off by the way side because you're a gospel singer you have responsibility of your colleague you don't drop it off the way side because it's something you want to do and you want to make a little money so like I said again shame on you shame on you Kurt Franklin and your wife
Claudia is an intellectual and she’s also mature! She can speak very well and have conversations with a variety of people!! She should be the new host!

This was such a beautiful, fun and intelligent discussion. I love laughs and jokes but I also love to learn. Claudia brings that balance imo and also encourages that side of Envy which is nice to see.

I know exactly how Kirk feels as a father. It’s really hard adjusting to my children living on their own, especially in a different state. I miss my boys like crazy! I really do enjoy the time when we visit each other, but I always start to get depressed a day before leave each other. I also feel like I can’t protect them being so far away. So tough!
This interview is the reason I continue to have more and more respect for Kirk Franklin. Non judgmental king man we love to see it. ❤

I want to applaud what Claudia brings to the Breakfast Club. She asked great questions and had the ability to see Kirk’s internal sadness and ask his wife a question that built him up. She should be the permanent cohost. You can get comedians to visit any time, but Claudia is funny too!
Claudia is such a phenomenal journalist and personality. The way she highlights the nuances of the discourse, challenging the audience to think deeply, even commenting on what some of us may miss. She’s just SO GOOD. Really praying that she has a home at TBC. She’s an amazing talent. And this was an incredible interview❤

I read his autobiography “Church Boy: My Music & My Life” from October 1, 1998 that truama that he mentioned of empty nesting, is pet of the reason why he stayed married to his wife. He was afraid to be alone. His Mom left him, completely abandoned him, so his grandmother took him in. It is all in his book. I LOVE his story, READ HIS BOOK. What he has and still doing for us young people in Gospel Hip Hop, he talks about in the book why he made this genre of music geared towards young people of every generation. I already said too much, go read it!!!!!!
P.S. I LOVE that his Wife stood by him while he battled his lust of women back in the day, she did not have to, but she accepted him and knew his heart.

This is the most mature interview/discussion I've ever seen on the breakfast club. DJ Envy was on a roll, and the guest hostess was also great. I'm particularly grateful that Charlemagne was quiet for the entire session (was he even there?) and allowed the adults in the room to speak without his immature interjections

I would beg everybody to watch the original “Father of the Bride” with Spencer Tracy and Elizabeth Taylor. That conversation between Kirk and DJ Envy about watching their daughters move on and have their significant other take their spot really reminds me of the some golden moments of that classic movie that I think people should take in💯

This is my thing did you see the way the man dismissed the first girl that's when I stopped watching it Cos 2 me it was like why was it Atlanta without the fight that man just respected that woman so bad it was heartbreaking if you got enough God in you you'll see it but if you don't you won't and the woman that was in the room with him and they was filling all over each other that's not what this show is supposed to be about women are not supposed to be giving a self away you know what they're not a man lay his hand all alone you and you'll sometimes a tease and then when the other woman confronted her she wanted to fight that woman and then the other girl brought them to together like I got you girl I got you girl that stuff goes on in wives of Atlanta Oh my God Coke franklin Has lost his way

The truth is that the conversation with Iyanla went reasonably well but the media rounds to shift the goal post from relationships (masculinity and feminity) did not go well. Eboni K lacks accountability. If at the age of 40, you are still telling the world what kind of man you want, it is obvious that you missed both the black bus and the white bus. Eboni K is average at best and she doesn't qualify for any bus owner or bus company owner.

Your so right, most men don't think that way at all! Giving a woman any kind of credit for helping them build anything that they achieved in their career, even if it's true would be devalued and regarded as nothing, something he could have easily accomplished on his own without her! Instead they would say she doesn't deserve anything and I'm honestly surprised I don't see comments from men pushing back on his sentiment and calling him a simp for his line of thinking!

Personally I got married first in my early 50’s and a second time when in my mid fifties. I say this to say keep hope alive! For me the second time was the charm and that’s because of trial and error.
