This workout is actually so good. It actually helps in getting veiny hands. it also helped me get my forearms veins to pop out more as well. It was completable, but challenging at the sam time to get me to my limit. Very good.

This workout was prettyfun so I didn't mind it too much hard. I'll keep updating this: Day 1: Hands and fingers hurt for 2 minutes after the workout but it was worth it. My veins already popped a bit, I can clearly see the difference, did it 2 times today. Day 2: AAAAAAAAAAA I can clearly see a difference, can't wait to do it tomorrow too. :D Did it two times. Day 3: Did the same thing as day 2. Day 4: I think that if I keep doing this I'll see gigantic results. Day 5: (I skipped a day so this is gonna be day 5) Didn't really pop so I think that I'm gonna do this another few times today, maybe 2. Day 6: YEYEYSBYEBSYBEYSBYE!!!! The results are so clear, gonna update 'till day 7 but I'm still gonna keep doing it. @@TangerineTypes Oh! I do it every once in a while now because I got the result I wanted and I'm keeping it up without overdoing it too much. It does work if you put effort into it. It's mostly about patience though.

I've been using hand grippers for 3 days so this workout is not too hard nor extremely easy, I'd say it was effective alot and the veins had instantly popped out. However this is my first time so after some time the vein goes to it's normal state. I'll continue it for 7 days and 3 sets of this workout daily and will let ya'll know. Have a good day.

This video was posted just a year ago and I am only seeing it now, my hands are extremely sore from this work out but you're completely correct my veins are popping out like crazy! Thank you so much for making this video, I will continue to do this work out for a week :)
Side note: i´ve been playing the drums for 13 years now so my hands are already thinner and my fingers are skinnier than usual. Day 1 - Did the hand workout, with as much strength as i could and i feel not so diferently after i play the drums for like 30 min. more updates tomorow! Day 2 - Pretty much the same as day 1, feling a bit sore from my forearms. more updates tomorrow! Day 3 - My forearms are very stiff but i start to see results on my hands! Day 4 - Pretty the same as day 3 but the veins on my forearms are starting to pop. More updates tomorrow! Day 5 - My hands were very sore so i took a day off. Day 6 - The veins on my forearms are really accentuated and the veins on my hands are really poping! More updates tomorrow! Day 12 - Sorry guys i've gone for a while, i had no internet conection in my house for a week because i forgot to pay it😅, but anyways, i wrote down the full video and just did it every day. After these 6 days my hands and forearms are almost constantly veiny. I think i started doind these exercises during unconsciously during the day. This might be my last update for a while, I'll keep doing it but I've achieved my goal of having veiny hands! Seriously, try it for yourselves and I guarantee you that in 2 weeks you will see dramatic results!
2 days in and my hands went from plain to visible veins and almost popped out! I’m a fat kid so my hands look a rock with no knuckles but thanks to you my hands are slowly becoming actually hands! For my friends with trust issues like me I'll be doing this for 14 days and tell you guys the outcome I'll tell you how it felt and the progress I'm seeing so far Day 1- it was kinda hard and my veins are definitely visible my fingers also feel numb alil will keep updating yall Day 2- After day 1 veins are not visible they were alot visible after the workout didn't last forever. Update on day 2 workout veins are alot visible after the workout but not that much. Day 3- Veins still not visible the entire day.But after the workout they definitely popped It also got easier to do this workout. Also I'm someone who workouts a decent amount I'm not fat or skinny I have decent muscle. Day 4 - Had a very stressful day but still made sure to do this.I did everything + I exceeded some amounts on some of the exercises as in I did more than he did in the video.Update throughout the day my veins still aren't visible. After the workout it's visible alil as usual and remember I'm a fit person I'm not fat or skinny. I think most of the people who commented it's working on day one just saw some veins and thought it would last forever.The workout definitely got easier though I feel like I'm building more forearm strength. Also I'm not missing a single day. Day 5 - Been going 5 days In a row so far and completed today's workout. Update I definitely got stronger in the forearm and I'm able to endure the workout more than day 1 after the workout the veins popped alil as usual and still throughout the day they weren't visible. Day 6- 6 days in a row and update throughout the day my forearm veins haven't been visible.After the workout my veins were popping I also feel more strength than before in my forearm. Anyways after this session veins popped alil as usual and yeah I'll keep doing this till I think I've come to a conclusion. Day 8 - 8 days in a row I feel much stronger In the forearm.Veins still haven't popped out throughout the day it did after the workout as usual. Day 9 - taking a rest day because I'm so tired. Day 10 - Felt pretty normal didn't have to suffer to get this done feel stronger. Still no veins throughout the day only after I finish a workout Day 11- still no veins throughout the day. Just after the workout. Day 12- still no veins throughout the day still.This workout keeps getting easier though which means I'm building the strength also it's dark right now so I can't check if my veins are popping. Day 13- well no veins throughout the day lol. Feel strong in the forearm. Day 14 - Here we are and veins are still not popping. I don't know how it worked for some of the people so easily but it didn't work that way for me. Only significant change was in forearm strength. Day 15 - rested Day 16- done veins showing after workout not throughout the day.
I will take this exercise seriously and do it every day. I'm starting today. 1st day ✅️ ● At the beginning of the exercise, I didn't have any difficulty, but towards the middle, my arms and hands started to hurt. ●The color of my veins started to show, and by the end of the exercise, most of my veins were prominent. (By the evening, the marks faded a bit, but they were still there.) 2nd day ✅️ ● today, I struggled in the same way as yesterday. ● the veins in my hands became more prominent after exercise, but they subsided again by the evening. (I believe it will be permanent.) 3rd day ✅️ ● I still have a hard time doing this exercise. ● As a result, at the end of the exercise, the veins of my hands and the veins extending from my arms were clearly visible. In the evening the effect disappeared, but they are even more noticeable than before 4th day ✅️ ● Time seemed to pass very quickly while exercising. Similarly, I struggled but I'm sure the results will be good! ● My veins became quite prominent. Towards the evening, the prominence diminished slightly, but they are more visible compared to yesterday. (Their color is also like that). 5th day ✅️ ● Today, I struggled again while exercising, but I never gave up. ● The veins in my hands became very prominent again after exercising. However, by the evening, they are quite visible on my hands with their colors and patterns. 6th day ✅️ ● I am seeing the effects quickly and this makes me happy. ● Two small veins in my right hand have also started to become more prominent. By the evening, my veins were quite noticeable. 7th day ✅️ ● The veins in my hands are now more prominent. This honestly made me very happy. ● I got extremely effective results in just a short week! @@jD-iy5nf I can definitely say it's permanent! Even before doing my morning exercises, my veins are prominent, including the ones from my wrists up to my arms. Consistency is key, man!

At first i thought it won't work but then i gave it a try it actually works!! 100% recommended! My veins were popping a little before this workout but now they are popping out more than before the difference can be seen after the 1st try itself!! Thank you Dylan! 👍💪
I do this 2-3 times a day and here's my progress 👏 ✋ Day 1 - I saw my veins at the bottom start to be more visible Day 2 - I started to see a y shaped vein on the top of my hand Day 3 - This got really easy and I saw many veins Day 5 - I saw a ton of veins and my hands are so strong now! Day 6 - Might be my last day because am happy with what I Got!
Hey, I'm a body builder and I don't know if this applies to vains but to maintain gains / veins you want to do 1/8 of what you do normally, so I say, maybe do this once every 3 days if you want to maintain
From what I remember here is my progress: Day 0 I had barely any veins actually popping out but I had visible veins Day1 Nothing much just tired hand and like very slight increase in vein visibility Day 2 Same as day 1 Day 3 This is where I see results. More popping out veins when I saw in school I had about 2 more veins on each hand Day 4 This was today and I’m not joking but…I think my veins got worse like less vein visibility but….little more popping out so that’s good I guess I will keep posting….
Recording Progress Day 1- Hurt a little at the end and was moderate-hard but could already see my veins a little higher above my skin and my bones slightly bulging as i tensed. Day 2- Felt a little worse but veins just grew slightly.
As a guy who is already skinny/slim and works out for about 4 days a week (at home) here is my progress: ps: im making this comment after already doing this hand workout for more than a week. Day 1 - 3 : honestly i noticed hardly any change, maybe one or two veins became barely visible. Day 4 - 5 : Here is where i noticed some significant change, i realised that i probably wasnt squeezing hard enough during the finger curls, which made the workout seem more intense and i realised that now is when i was probably doing it correctly. Day 6 - 8: My hands are looking waaayy sexier lmfao, it doesnt take much for the veins to pop and people around me even started to notice. I am currently on either day 10 or day 12 I've kinda lost count lol, but new veins I've never seen before are appearing and i'll keep at it. Hopefully this helped :) Oh and also make sure you finish the whole workout.
@@abdoulp4581 I'm still going strong, a few more veins are becoming noticeable, tho overall not a lot has changed, I'll keep going until I'm finally satisfied. I've started squeezing my fist hard whenever doing the curls and extensions to make it more intense.

Great workout, I quit doing it a month ago but I had done it for a week and lemme tell you, it really works, it gives fast results and is pretty hardcore.
keeping you updated throughout my progress of doing this day1: my hands are super sore, like really sore, since this is my first time ever there isn’t much progress but since my hands are sore I can see a slight, pop in my veins on my fore-wrist, so this helps, I’ll do this again tomorrow day2: it’s still really sore, not much of a difference.

si es que hablas español felicidades yo también y si no le entiendes al ingles y ni traductor usas y tienes dudas por si nuestra genética como latinoamericano reaccionara de la misma manera y tendrá efectos pues no te preocupes compartiré mi experiencia, cabe recalcar que tengo una genética promedio o hasta menor al promedio, no tengo sobre peso y si hago ejercicio, ya hace un mes empecé a practicar calistenia. (pienso hacer esto por 1 mes como mínimo) Dia 1 - hice el ejercicio completo y realmente el inicio es ligero, no presenta mucho problema pero al avanzar pues se vuelve mas tedioso, sin embargo no es un dolor fuerte (todo depende creo yo de si ya haz estado haciendo ejercicio en el pasado) no hay cambios ya que es el primer día. Día 2- pues esta vez dolió un poco más pero no es tan grave, no hay cambios obviamente así que veamos que pasa. Día 3- se sintio mas dolor en los antebrazos, pero puede ser debido a que toco entrenar hoy día aunque igual se sintio muy bien (no cambios obviamente) Día 4- no cambios Día 5 y 6- noto ms venas durante los ejercicios y resaltan un poco mas. Día 7 y 8- la verdad es que no hice nada estos dias. Día 9- retome los ejercicios y si se notan las venas un poco mas, pero es poco (aun es muy pronto)

No results yet, but it's my second day doing this exercise and i'm seeing some blue veins, none popping out yet though. Trust me guys this exercise actually does work. I just did this for 1 day and thought it wouldn't work but still gave a try. Next day I saw two veins poping out. Though they were not permanent but still I am gonna do this consistently. Update 1: I did for my left hand but due to injury I had to shift it for right hand. After doing it for 5 days or so I noticed that veins and the branches are more visible than before

Very important tip if you are not fat or below from normal weight your veins will actually visible in just 2 or 3 days but if you are fat or with normal weight you have do this exercises for 7days regular then the veins will be visible
@@Pathtoheaven-w2p it takes less if you do it with pressure like it makes your hands sore and thats the good thing i have done 3-3 minute work out and i have done this 10 minute workout for the first time and i see a big difference it has been 3 months so i hope u are doing his workout and it only takes 1 day to see a small difference and 3 days to see a big difference
i know this video is 2 years ago and the workout is really good im doing this workout for 3 months im a kid my hands are really sore i do it everyday because i want to be ripped like mitchell hooper and my dream is not to stop working out and this changed my hands forever. Daang my haaands! Day 1 - Hands and fingers began to hurt after about 7-8 mins. Already can see some very tiny changes. Day 2 - No real changes. I can feel that my grip is getting stronger tho. Day 3 - I can see some changes. My veins are popping a bit whilst doing the workout. I had a long break, (not proud about it) but I am now ready to beat my goals! (I will also do this workout 2 times a day. One in the morning and one in the night.) Day 4 - I cant see the biggest changes, but i sure feel it in my hands! Day 5 (Morning) - My hands are literally dead. Day 5 (Night) - I can see changes. My hands died again. Day 6 (Morning) - Hands are sore, but I see some changes. Day 6 (Night) - Hands sore. Day 7 (Morning) - Hands sore. Day 7 (Night) - Hands sore. Day 8 (Morning) - My hands has never been so dead in my life. I can actually see some results. Not only during this workout, but my hands are popping a little at places like school. Day 8 (Night) - Hands are literally about to die. Day 9 (Morning) - Hands are again sore, but they feel a lot slimmer than they did a week ago. The veins are popping more and more. Day 9 (Night) - Hands feel slimmer, but I feel like I should of gotten a better result so far. Day 10 (Morning) - Yeah my hands are like really sore. Day 10 (Night) - I feel scammed. @@Rizzler3457 Hey thanks for the question! I stopped doing this workout a while back because I went to the gym. (Gives you much better veins in my opinion) But I definetly can see some changes. If you have time, and are willing to do this exercise, I recommend doing it. But if you have a gym nearby, get a membership instead (If economy is a problem, do home workouts).
Quite easy work out. I'll try to update you guys about my progression everyday Day 1 - joints in fingers hurt badly and forearm muscles feel like burning. [Veins - No Visible Changes] Day 2- Joints aren't hurting like yesterday. Forearms still burning but feel a lot heavier. [Veins - No Visible Changes] Day 3 - Joints slightly hurt (Feels almost like nothing). Forearms burning & definitely much stronger than before. [Veins - Veins are now prominent and become even more visible as I squeeze my fist] Day 4 - Joints almost don't feel like hurting. Forearms feel tougher. [Veins - Same as day 3] Day 5 - Joints don't hurt anymore. Day 1 - Started with the 3 mins veiny hand workout and also started working chest and arm with 2 dumbbells (i cant go to gym because of some personal problems, thats all i can do in home), no changes Day 2 - Im getting into the habit of doing this 1-3 per day. I started with a bit of vains on my hands and I want my hands to grow strong so I found this: Day 1: Done!! Day 2: hands are sweaty but definitely got easier. Done!! Day 3: sorry its a bit late, I can definitely see some vains popping out more and the exercise got easier and easier!! Done! Day 4: really really easy and I can 100% see a difference from what I started with. Done!! Day 5: definitely worth it! Tomorrow is my last day since I am happy with the results I got. Done! Day 6: my hands are not sore at all, My vains are shredded into my hands and I feel great and my hands feel stronger!! Thanks to this video. Done! Last day. Completed. ✅
It shouldn't get easier, the whole point is to squeez the hand in EVERYTHING here the hardest you can, It can't be easy because it's hard if you make it hard

This workout is fun ill try update you guys everyday on my progression Day 1 - Hands and fingers were on fire for like 1-2 minutes and my veins were sort of pulsing Day 2 - Not much changed did the whole workout same as day 1, but the pain started kicking in at the halfway mark Day 3 - Seeing a little bit of change my veins are starting to pulse more then usual and i can go through the whole workout without rests Day 4 - Hands are getting slimmer and my veins are popping out my frequently. Day 5-6-7 - I hurt my hand these few days and i couldnt do any workout, Ill try keep you guys updated Day 8-14 My Hands are injured and im only starting again. Day 15 - Just like day 4

my progression (will update this everyday): day 1: just did the workout and i cant feel my arms. slightly see some veins day 2: i cant feel my arms and hands day 3: my hands getting more and more sore during the workout, but i can see the progress already, so very nice efficient workout day 4: doing since day 2 the 3 minute workouts for the hands and the arms and after these two this 10 minutes workout. this combination destroys my hands and arms but its definitly worth day 5: current routine: 3 minutes hand workout -> 3 minutes arm workout -> 5 minutes forearm workout -> 10 minutes intense hand workout. this routine kills your arms day 6: i really see the progress so the routine is really working and really killing your arms

After doing the workout my hands were sore and it hurts
I did the exercise for four days but didn't write anything
Day 1: I just see that my hands have turned green, but it is very weak
The second day: almost the same as the first day, but a few new veins
The third day: Same as the first and second day
Fourth day: I see new results, new veins are weak, but when I do the exercise, the veins appear
Tomorrow I will also write the results

I've been using hand grippers for 3 days so this workout is not too hard nor extremely easy, I'd say it was effective alot and the veins had instantly popped out. However this is my first time so after some time the vein goes to it's normal state. I'll continue it for 7 days and 3 sets of this workout daily and will let ya'll know. Have a good day.

For my friends with trust issues like me I'll be doing this for 14 days and tell you guys the outcome I'll tell you how it felt and the progress I'm seeing so far
Day 1- it was kinda hard and my veins are definitely visible my fingers also feel numb alil will keep updating yall
Day 2- After day 1 veins are not visible they were alot visible after the workout didn't last forever. Update on day 2 workout veins are alot visible after the workout but not that much.
Day 3- Veins still not visible the entire day.But after the workout they definitely popped It also got easier to do this workout. Also I'm someone who workouts a decent amount I'm not fat or skinny I have decent muscle.
Day 4 - Had a very stressful day but still made sure to do this.I did everything + I exceeded some amounts on some of the exercises as in I did more than he did in the video.Update throughout the day my veins still aren't visible. After the workout it's visible alil as usual and remember I'm a fit person I'm not fat or skinny. I think most of the people who commented it's working on day one just saw some veins and thought it would last forever.The workout definitely got easier though I feel like I'm building more forearm strength. Also I'm not missing a single day.
Day 5 - Been going 5 days In a row so far and completed today's workout. Update I definitely got stronger in the forearm and I'm able to endure the workout more than day 1 after the workout the veins popped alil as usual and still throughout the day they weren't visible.
Day 6- 6 days in a row and update throughout the day my forearm veins haven't been visible.After the workout my veins were popping I also feel more strength than before in my forearm.
Day 7- Been 7 days In a row. Update veins aren't present throughout the day still. I feel like I've gotten some forearm strength though because this workout is getting easier aside that I sometimes exceed the amounts. Shit my phone fell on the floor ☠️. Anyways after this session veins popped alil as usual and yeah I'll keep doing this till I think I've come to a conclusion.
Day 8 - 8 days in a row I feel much stronger In the forearm.Veins still haven't popped out throughout the day it did after the workout as usual.
Day 9 - taking a rest day because I'm so tired.
Day 10 - Felt pretty normal didn't have to suffer to get this done feel stronger. Still no veins throughout the day only after I finish a workout
Day 11- still no veins throughout the day. Just after the workout.
Day 12- still no veins throughout the day still.This workout keeps getting easier though which means I'm building the strength also it's dark right now so I can't check if my veins are popping.
Day 13- well no veins throughout the day lol. Feel strong in the forearm.
Day 14 - Here we are and veins are still not popping. I don't know how it worked for some of the people so easily but it didn't work that way for me. Only significant change was in forearm strength.

● At the beginning of the exercise, I didn't have any difficulty, but towards the middle, my arms and hands started to hurt.
●The color of my veins started to show, and by the end of the exercise, most of my veins were prominent. (By the evening, the marks faded a bit, but they were still there.)

Day 2 - I started to see a y shaped vein on the top of my hand
Day 3 - This got really easy and I saw many veins
Day 5 - I saw a ton of veins and my hands are so strong now!

Hey, I'm a body builder and I don't know if this applies to vains but to maintain gains / veins you want to do 1/8 of what you do normally, so I say, maybe do this once every 3 days if you want to maintain

Day 1 - 3 : honestly i noticed hardly any change, maybe one or two veins became barely visible.
Day 4 - 5 : Here is where i noticed some significant change, i realised that i probably wasnt squeezing hard enough during the finger curls, which made the workout seem more intense and i realised that now is when i was probably doing it correctly.
Day 6 - 8: My hands are looking waaayy sexier lmfao, it doesnt take much for the veins to pop and people around me even started to notice.
I am currently on either day 10 or day 12 I've kinda lost count lol, but new veins I've never seen before are appearing and i'll keep at it.

Day1 : Hands and finger hurt i see very little veins to no veins
Day2 : hands hurt too much but imma keep going absolutely 0 changes

Day4 : veins are visible a fraction of 1%
Day5 : my fingers feel trimmed veins are visible a bit more and hands were hurting on a different lvl
Day 6 : i see green veins but they DO NOT POP OUT RIGHT NOW

After the exercise I had to make sure my hands wasn’t paralysed for 5 secs😂

si es que hablas español felicidades yo también y si no le entiendes al ingles y ni traductor usas y tienes dudas por si nuestra genética como latinoamericano reaccionara de la misma manera y tendrá efectos pues no te preocupes compartiré mi experiencia, cabe recalcar que tengo una genética promedio o hasta menor al promedio, no tengo sobre peso y si hago ejercicio, ya hace un mes empecé a practicar calistenia. (pienso hacer esto por 1 mes como mínimo)
Dia 1 - hice el ejercicio completo y realmente el inicio es ligero, no presenta mucho problema pero al avanzar pues se vuelve mas tedioso, sin embargo no es un dolor fuerte (todo depende creo yo de si ya haz estado haciendo ejercicio en el pasado) no hay cambios ya que es el primer día.
Día 2- pues esta vez dolió un poco más pero no es tan grave, no hay cambios obviamente así que veamos que pasa.
Día 3- se sintio mas dolor en los antebrazos, pero puede ser debido a que toco entrenar hoy día aunque igual se sintio muy bien (no cambios obviamente)
Día 4- no cambios
Día 5 y 6- noto ms venas durante los ejercicios y resaltan un poco mas.
Día 7 y 8- la verdad es que no hice nada estos dias.
Día 9- retome los ejercicios y si se notan las venas un poco mas, pero es poco (aun es muy pronto)

Update 1: so it's the next day after I wrote the comment above, and the veins are showing up a lot more in my both hands! i'm really surprised by this, and im seeing a new vein popping in my right hand too. My hands are also red. Update 2 coming tomorrow!

Trust me guys this exercise actually does work. I just did this for 1 day and thought it wouldn't work but still gave a try. Next day I saw two veins poping out. Though they were not permanent but still I am gonna do this consistently.
Update 1: I did for my left hand but due to injury I had to shift it for right hand. After doing it for 5 days or so I noticed that veins and the branches are more visible than before

Very important tip if you are not fat or below from normal weight your veins will actually visible in just 2 or 3 days but if you are fat or with normal weight you have do this exercises for 7days regular then the veins will be visible

Day 1 - Hands and fingers began to hurt after about 7-8 mins. Already can see some very tiny changes.
Day 2 - No real changes. I can feel that my grip is getting stronger tho.
Day 3 - I can see some changes. My veins are popping a bit whilst doing the workout.
I had a long break, (not proud about it) but I am now ready to beat my goals! (I will also do this workout 2 times a day. One in the morning and one in the night.)
Day 4 - I cant see the biggest changes, but i sure feel it in my hands!
Day 5 (Morning) - My hands are literally dead.
Day 5 (Night) - I can see changes. My hands died again.
Day 6 (Morning) - Hands are sore, but I see some changes.

@@Rizzler3457 Hey thanks for the question! I stopped doing this workout a while back because I went to the gym. (Gives you much better veins in my opinion) But I definetly can see some changes. If you have time, and are willing to do this exercise, I recommend doing it. But if you have a gym nearby, get a membership instead (If economy is a problem, do home workouts).

Day 1 - joints in fingers hurt badly and forearm muscles feel like burning. [Veins - No Visible Changes]
Day 2- Joints aren't hurting like yesterday. Forearms still burning but feel a lot heavier. [Veins - No Visible Changes]
Day 3 - Joints slightly hurt (Feels almost like nothing). Forearms burning & definitely much stronger than before. [Veins - Veins are now prominent and become even more visible as I squeeze my fist]
Day 4 - Joints almost don't feel like hurting. Forearms feel tougher. [Veins - Same as day 3]
Day 5 - Joints don't hurt anymore. Forearms tougher.[Veins - Same as day 3 and 4]
Day 6 - Forearms feel tighter.[Veins - Pop out while doing this workout and visible in certain light conditions]
Day 7 - Forgot to do today
Day 8 - Same as day 5 & 6
Day 9 - Forgot to do again
Day 9 - Same as day 5 & 6
Day 10 - Veins not popping but are visible all the time
Day 11 - Forearms much stronger than before [Veins - Same as Day 10]

It was kind hard but after I finish this workout 4-5 vains show up. It is hard for the first time but after some time it's predy easy I really recommend this video if you wanna gain vains❤
This workout is fun ill try update you guys everyday on my progression
Day 1 - Hands and fingers were on fire for like 1-2 minutes and my veins were sort of pulsing
Day 2 - Not much changed did the whole workout same as day 1, but the pain started kicking in at the halfway mark
Day 3 - Seeing a little bit of change my veins are starting to pulse more then usual and i can go through the whole workout without rests
Day 4 - Hands are getting slimmer and my veins are popping out my frequently.
Day 5-6-7 - I hurt my hand these few days and i couldnt do any workout, Ill try keep you guys updated
Day 8-14 My Hands are injured and im only starting again.
Day 15 - Just like day 4

my progression (will update this everyday):
day 1: just did the workout and i cant feel my arms. slightly see some veins
day 2: i cant feel my arms and hands
day 3: my hands getting more and more sore during the workout, but i can see the progress already, so very nice efficient workout
day 4: doing since day 2 the 3 minute workouts for the hands and the arms and after these two this 10 minutes workout. this combination destroys my hands and arms but its definitly worth
day 5: current routine: 3 minutes hand workout -> 3 minutes arm workout -> 5 minutes forearm workout -> 10 minutes intense hand workout. this routine kills your arms
day 6: i really see the progress so the routine is really working and really killing your arms
