Hello, i want to create a custom balloon with just the 3 last characters of a part name. So is there any commande like asm.mbr.name but only for the 3 last character of the part name ? Thank for your tips !
I found another way to do this. You can create a common parameter in all the parts with the last three characters of a part name and you can call that parameter to the bom balloons in your assembly drawing.
Create a common parameter. For example create a parameter called "NAME" in all parts. Now the value of this parameter will be the last three digits of the part name. Same thing you do for all the parts. Once this is done, you can use this parameter for the balloons inside the drawing.
