Hello Janice, Yes, I haven't reported in a long time. A great house, especially the well used space. No long corridors and corners. Really great. Of course the 5 garages have something, a few cars go in there!!! The unfinished space above is also nice. This would be a good spot for a party room! But the other rooms and bedrooms also offer plenty of space. Likewise the basement. When I looked at it, I came up with several ideas for use. What I don't find so beautiful is that the property is relatively open, with the backyard area facing the street. Yes, a matter of taste. I hope everything is okay by you. We have had very hot and dry days here in Germany for several weeks, sometimes up to 99 degrees F, which is quite intense for our region. And unfortunately no rain either. All meadows are gray and dried up, hopefully rain will come soon. We have the Saxon Bohemian Switzerland / Elbe Sandstone Mountains nearby. There were very bad forest fires with enormous damage and disaster alarm for more than 2 weeks. The smoke has traveled as far as us (about 20 miles). It was really bad. Beautiful exterior of the home, love the natural lighting throughout the home. A little too modern for my taste on the first level and master suite. Sold on the basement, the decor adds to the splendor of the house. The outside secluded and serene. This would make a great home for a modern family 🎉
Oh my goodness! If it had a pool in the backyard this would be sheer perfection! An excellent contender along with the last one I saw here that had a pool and cabana. Fingers crossed for my lottery win!

Wow, that really some house! Love the first floor and especially the kitchen. I love the mudroom but was disappointed to see that rather than connect to one of the garages it went out in the open with not sheltered space, but that's just me. Love the master bedroom, especially the woman's master closet!!! The basement is vast and roomy. It seems like the current owners wasn't sure how to completely take advantage of all that space but I have a bunch of ideas for it! Love the storage space above the garage but I would have the walls in the stairwell and upstairs finished. I love the yard but would prefer a backyard for a little privacy rather than a side yard. But all in all, I love it! Looking forward to the next tour! Thank you!
Sunday just got better! Ms. Janice, good day to you. I like that this home could easily have two offices on the main level by converting the guest suite. Perfect for two adults that work from home. The space above the garage, in a word, Potential. An in-law suite, space for an older teen a child still at home. A beautiful resale indeed.
Is there a washer/dryer hook up in basement?🤔..so much space my fur babies 🐶🐶🐶 has own play area and to outside ☺️ which I’ll fence completely in so they can roam

The seller hardly lived their home. Everything still look fresh and unused. The carpet doesn't looked walked on. I see why the seller is saleing. Reducing inventory.
