According to google, vinegar freezes at 28 degrees, this won't work in alaska

MAN! Dont use dish soap. It clogs the pump up. Also, the vinegar makes your car stink everytime I sprayed it! Trust me, I tried making my own.

Hmmmm!? How is it for “like “ 40 cents a gallon when u used $7 vinegar for 16 oz bottle. U said use 4 oz. that’s $2.25 just for vinegar to make this per gallon. This is why TH-cam is unfortunately getting ridiculous. Guess no one does math anymore. Happy holidays.

Yeah is sucks bc there’s always “that one guy” who completely misses the actual point.

You didn't miss the point. The content creator just couldn't be bothered to clarify either during the 7 minute video (longer than needed for the info) or in his response comment. The vinegar he exemplified on amazon is just severely overpriced - I assume his math checks out with reasonably priced vinegar bought locally.
PS: Despite the positive attributes of vinegar, and even when diluted, it is rather acidic/corrosive (pH 2.5) so there's a chance it could degrade rubber, plastic, and metal components in the windshield wash system (hoses, o-rings, reservoir, pump, spray nozzles, ...). For that reason, I wouldn't personally recommend it.
