Valia Balkanska energie and voice just makes you feel humble. She is not the only one. Most of the bulgarian folk singers can do that to some degree, but she is amazing and will always be. One of the best in bulgarian folk music. When bulgarian folk singers go to japan, the tails were that japanese people didn't believe this was real.
It was sent to space, along with other songs, as a message to aliens. As far as I know those who sent it hoped it would be our message to other creatures out there and they hoped the aliens would understand it easily, because it's music.

Hi man, I subscribed to ur channel today for two main reasons: 1. Your reactions are truly, seem sincere & you provide that vibe of an artist, who is really appreciating the music, not only doing it for likes. 2. You actually made the effort to learn or at least speak some Bulgarian - something u'r colleagues in this industry usually do not do. Fact is that without knowing what the lyrics mean and some background info, either from a cultural aspect or simply by curiosity - you cannot feel the song at 100% in order to react on it. Apparently, big amount of those doing song reactions are not aware of this. So, thank you for doing that bro. Moreover, I will share with you further information on the song: The song is originally from the Rhodope mountains region, thats way it's so slow and lacks metrum. We call such songs - безмензурни - metrumless, rhythmless. Long story short: Delyo became haidutin - so were called all men who formed groups of people to defeat the turks, they were hiding in the woods or disguised as regular villagers, travelled a lot, they were sending secret letters to one another, or they created their own code words and wrote anonymus articles in the newspapers, which seemed innocent but were the best type of communication, the safest too. So Delyo became such a man, and he made a deal, so to speak, with other clans of bulgatians, that his aunts in his village won't be dishonored and converted to islam by the turks. Otherwise he would go and kill all of the people who did it. Ironically, he is in love with a turkish girl, who turns out to be a very caring and beautiful soul and warns him that the turks are planning an attack against him.

The Golden Record message is carried by a phonograph record, a 12-inch gold-plated copper disk containing sounds and images selected to portray the diversity of life and culture on Earth. Including this song, symphonies by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven and many other musicians from different countries and times + greetings in 55 or 59 (i don't remember) different languages. :)
