- "Grand Independence Parade" was a massive military parade in Warsaw, that took place on 15th of August 2018, the day of Polish Armed Forces. This year's event was special, as Poland is also celebrating 100 years of regaining independence.
Thousands of troops, dozens of aircraft and various ground vehicles from Poland and allied nations took part in the parade.
This is video 1 of 2, featuring formation flypasts of every* aircraft in service with the Polish armed forces.

These are USAF F-22. USAF is the only oe opertor of these aircrafts.

F-16C/D block 52+ has beter air to ground capabilities than F-22 and is integrated woth all newest and older american weapon systems .. F-22 is not. You morons. Polish F-16C/D block 52+ can use JASM-ER what can be fire from range of 900 kilometers and Poland bought these munition. The nly chihuaha in Europe is slovakian armed forces and slovakian air force.

Poland suffered under the boots of the Nazi then abandoned by Roosevelt and Churchill to the Soviet Union. Controversies about what they did to the Jews in WWII but many brave Poles died because they did protect Jews and helped British troops return back to England. They were not even invited to march in the Victory Parade in England at the end of WWII. They stood up in the 1944 Warsaw Uprising. The ones who survived were sent to concentration camps . They fought in the air and finally given the honor due to them years later. A QUESTION OF HONOR: The Kosciuszko Squadron: Forgotten Heroes of World War II. Made me cry. By the way, I am a U.S. citizen.

There were many Poles who were included in Churchill's "Few." They fought in Fighter Command during the Battle of Britain, and fought extremely well, bringing huge respect and pride to themselves and to the Polish people. Friends of mine fought alongside Poles in the British Army during WW2, and spoke of them with great respect and admiration. Don't forget also that it was Polish mathematicians who laid the fundamental calculations that laid the foundations upon which the means of breaking the German Enigma code were built. if called upon today, the Poles would again rise to the occasion. It is also worth noting that their Special Forces rank amongst the top ten in the world.

The National Memorial Arboretum is built on 150 acres of old gravel workings. It is located at Alrewas, near Lichfield in Staffordshire. The idea for the arboretum was conceived by the director, David Childs, in 1988. It was established at the beginning of the millennium and was then officially opened on 16 May 2001, The Polish Forces War Memorial statue is set within an imposing 18 metre diameter architectural feature and has a series of plaques inset into the monument surround describing the Polish contribution in the Second World War so therefore the monument will act not only as a tribute to the fallen, but also as an educational aid for those visitors not familiar with the history of the allied Polish Forces during World War II.

Professional Armies vs. conscripts made to serve by a tyrranical overlord thousands of miles away. I had the honor of serving with the Polish Army in Iraq, a little rough around the edges, but willing to go to the mat for a friend. The GROM has served everywhere needed, Iraq, Afghanistan etc.

Northolt it was. Polish 1st armoured division was part of Canadian army and Canadian 4th armored division was her sister.

The best part of this parade was that USAF honored it by sending four F-22 fighters for a fly by. The mighty Raptor from above. That was the WOW moment of it. I am not sure if this was the entire aerial part of the parade. Polish Air Force showed its best (F-16s), but its other fighters and bombers like MiG-29 and Su-22 should have appeared too. In ten years at most, there will be F-35s on this parade after Polish Air Force receives them. As for as land forces part, the best shown were Leopard 2 A5 tanks, the best of Polish army (together with Leopard 2 A4 and T-72). In the future they will be joined by ultra-modern K2 Black Panther which will replace T-72 in Polish army inventory. A mighty display of Polish armed forces and NATO allies.
MiG29s were banned from flying back then due to another crash.
In the future we will see the American Abrams Tank. Poland buy 250 new build M1A2 Abrams Sep V3

The US Army have never marched like automatons, you march from the waist down....no exaggerated movements, and although we have always done parades and other things that demand marching, it isnt over the top. The only place you will see that is at the Tomb of the unknown Soldier, and our Marines and Soldiers who's job it is to do these kind of things.
It is better to march like soldiers than play pkaystation games and update Facebook profile.

I recommend you read something about how Wehrmacht(not SS) acted and how the Red Army acted during the war.
