मूलाको अमिलो सिन्की बनाउने सजिलो तरिका | MULAKO SINKI | How Fermented Radish (SINKI) is Made

Sinki (सिन्की) is traditional foods of Nepal. It is a preserved vegetable, SINKI is prepared from radish (मूला) . It takes 10-12 days for the sinki to properly ferment by a series of lactic acids. The sinki is dried in the sun. Finally, store in an air-tight container.
