I love these! Just a balloon and paint!!!! Such great results and so fun. I think I like the baggie of sand results the best, it does look like flowers!!!!
It took me a ton of practice too before it worked. That is true of every TUNE IN paper. About 2 hours of experimenting before I can get good papers in the 3rd hour! Keep practicing, you'll get it!
@@catrains.artist another thing I think would really help is having the paint in a plastic bottle like you use. Getting it out of the tube is really messy plus I only have the standard size tubes
So glad that you are enjoying my art demos. As far as colors, I recommend choosing any blue, red and yellow from your paints, plus a white and black, and play with what colors you can get from them. This is what I do, and just stick with the same colors so that ALL of my papers will go together in collage.
Thank you for this. I can't use balloons because I have a severe latex allergy, so I appreciate that you included the baggie option. I'll definitely be trying it!
I am loving your art demos! I tried your bubble prints when I was camping. Something I could do without a big mess in my camper. Made some pretty papers!

Thank you for such diversified technique. You are a great teacher.
What a kind thing to say. Glad my teaching style resonates with your learning style!
just tried this, took a bit of trying. Finally realized I needed a lot more paint than what I thought. More "practice" needed!

That sounds like so much fun! Some of these demos can certainly get very messy, very quickly! Thank you so much for watching 😊
I wanna try this out, it looks fun !!
I hope that you already tried it, and created some beautiful papers!
Awesome ideas! I love the results! :) Thanks for sharing, Cat! :)
Glad you like them! Thank you 🥰
Love it! I have done something similar. It looked like irises. So I made stems
Many of these look like flowers to me as well. Irises sound beautiful using this technique.
I newer see you using acrilic markers to add interest in some area of painted paper?
I usually don't use them, however I never say never. I have added market accents in the past, but there are so many other tools I love more!
I'm wondering...Do you add anything to the paint to thin it out?
I'm using Nova brand paint which is like a soft body, and already thinner in nature. So no I don't thin my paint out, used right out of the jar!
❤❤❤
What colour Nova blue are you using please
Phthalo blue green shade
