I am fishing at John's Pass, Treasure Island, Florida. Cast netting for greenbacks and pinfish for some Snook and Mangrove snappers using light tackle.
Nice catches. Snook will always shake out of my hand when lipped without fail, man they hate that for some reason. Otherwise they are pretty calm like any other fish. I don't hold them like that if I can avoid it.
I was using a float for a while but found it better to just free line. no sinker, just straight 20lb leader and small circle hook. Thanks for watching. peace
