Quail Hunting with Dogs in Mississippi (CATCH CLEAN COOK)

We're using dogs on my first ever quail hunt at Little "q" Ranch in Oxford, Mississippi. Then we're cooking an Upland Surf & Turf of fried quail and crappie with quail gravy. This is easily one of the coolest hunts, meals, and experiences of my entire life!

@YakFishField I'd say look at some of the Florida guys, DMFD (Rob) for example, and see what you can show. Sometimes youtube gives you drama over blood and guts, but most of the time all of their turkey/bird cleaning videos are whole and get left up. But the pig/gator/deer cleaning parts are put into an "unlisted video" and he'll post the link to that for people who'd like to watch the separate full cleaning part, so the main isn't de-monetized.
It'd also be awesome to see you maybe get to collab with Deermeat next time you're in FL....or there's this younger local TH-cam guy, Parker Fish Cooking in Port Charlotte, that's definitely an up n coming talent getting shoutouts from alot of names...Everglades Fishing Co up to Gordon Ramsay himself. And he likes kayaking Rob, cmon!

@@YakFishField I think you did it right for the first time having it. A little flour and seasoning is how I grew up having most game that my dad cooked. He always made gravy from the drippings too. I'm 100% down for a cooking segment anytime at all.
