GEMS OF THE SCOTTISH BORDERS & NORTH EAST ENGLAND IN AN MG MIDGET

I'd not been here before but these have to be perfect roads for a Midget and one of Britain's hidden gems. Continuing my trip from Norwich to Elgin in a 1964 open top MG Midget I head back to meet up with my old college flatmate Dave. Having met up with Dave on the way up at a remote tearooms that took me ages to find on tiny roads, he sends me through the beautiful town of Corbridge packed with interesting eateries and an hour and a half further on to remote but lovely Blanchland.
