Why was achilles mad in book 9 and why he refuses to fight?

The answer is in book one. Basically, Agamemnon is being an arrogant jerk and decides to steal Achilles’ girlfriend as a power play. Achilles quits in response and prays that the gods will make Agamemnon lose and regret his disrespectful behavior.

Great chapter review as always. Achilles doesn't even care about the war anymore; and he doesn't seem to care about Bryseis, the woman than Agamemnon stole from him wrongfully(just like Paris took Helen), despite claiming he loved her. I'm not sure if he just doesn't believe Agamemnon's word that he didn't lay a hand on her, or if he really just doesn't want anything to do with Agamemnon and this war anymore at all. He's been wronged, but he also hasn't done much to ingratiate himself with the other troops - like his friends like Ajax, Odysseus, Pheonix, the one's that visit him in this book, they all have a previously existing friendship with Achilles, but Achilles doesn't do anything to try to help or win over any of the other Heroes/Lords. An Achilles/Diomedes tag team would be awesome to see, with Ajax on defense with his 7 layered shield.
I think Achilles should've just taken the bribe at this point. He already humbled Agamemnon, in a very public way, and also made him give back everything he stole, after confirming he hasnt yet laid a hand on his woman that he stole, and is also willing to give him WAAY more gifts too not just giving back what was stolen from Achilles. I think Agamemnon could've avoided this whole situation just by NOT stealing Bryseis(spelling is wrong prob) in the first place, and reigning in his ego that all must bow and be utterly subservient to him, including other Lords who may technically be in a lower social position than a King like Agamemnon but can still ruin his day if he offends me too badly.
I'll be looking forward to the next few chapter reviews. I hope you cover The Odyssey after The Iliad is finished; that's where Odysseus character really get's fleshed out fully; and the Aeneid after that. It's a shame only those three books of the Trojan war survived antiquity. I've heard of other books but only fragments of them survived, and only enough to vaguely make out what they were prob about.

what is the real reason of trojan war?

Assuming the Trojan War did actually happen, its real reason may not be far off from its fictitious reason. Could be that the Trojans stole women.
Or it could be for raw materials or the location being so good for trade
