Finding a Track Day Rhythm | Lakeside Park Blue Group on my Ducati 848 Evo

This is my sixth motorcycle track day and the fourth time on my 2013 Ducati 848 Evo Superbike, at Lakeside Park Raceway with the Moto Garage crew. I didn't want to focus on anything specific this time, but instead just consolidate the few things I've been practicing: body position and reducing coasting. I also found a rhythm I like for how to enjoy these track days… and get the most out of them.
