So much more to enjoy in the sport than back in 1985 when I came into it . IMWC was on TV Jan Wide World Of Sports maybe 45 to 90 mins top . Great effort to bring so much more into the sport .

Really, I was waiting for this video behind the videos, very good, congratulations... Do you think 2 days is a suitable format or should they go back to 1 day? What do the islanders think?
#gtncoachescorner A strange question going into the winter but I really need help when it comes to dealing with the heat. I seem to be affected by heat far more than most people and have never figured out what I can do to minimize the impact on my performance. I go from running 8:30s to struggling to run 10:30s as the heat and humidity starts to hit. It doesn't take much for me to struggle. It can be in the mid-70s and I basically fall apart. Its not just mental. I've weighed myself before and after these workouts and seen losses of 5+ lbs even if I consume 4 - 6 20oz water bottles for a summer bike ride. The amount I sweat is just way more than anyone else I train with. I'm at a loss. I feel like my body is sweating more than necessary but I have no way to control it and I can't figure out how to replace those fluids in a way that lets me push myself when the temperatures inevitably soar.
