My wife and I have the same issues as you guys, lower count and we think my wife has endometriosis with a history of PCOS and irregular cycles. However, she is having regular cycles now, and is planning to have a laparoscopy on July 23, this year. Thank you for putting this video out there! I see it's 3 years old, but thought I would comment. If you haven't tried Fertileaid for men and count boost I would try those things for your husband as well. That may help the quality of his sperm. I haven't tested yet to see if it made a difference but it has a ton of good reviews on Amazon.
Best of luck to you on your journey! You should have no problem using your husbands sperm, they will probably just want to do ICSI with the IVF. Also, I suggest to you that you and your husband start taking Coenzyme Q10, it made a big difference in both of our results from IVF #1 to IVF #2.

That is such a relief to hear Jeanine. I was thinking that they may suggest ICSI. I'll definitely look into Coenzyme Q10 thank you.
