The name changed later to the Windsor chair around the world but in Wales they’re called stick chairs. Characteristics of the stick chair: carved rather than turned legs and a simplicity that relies on angles and proportion for its beauty. No two of the hand made chairs are exactly the same, even with the same basic design there will be differences in the arm or crest and certainly in the grain and colour of the wood.

That is a backsaw James, it starts cutting on the backstroke. If you start with your arm extended & pull the saw back a few times first it will start the cut & make it easier to saw. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk 😁

I so wish yall would do like 2 or 3 videos a week. You guys are the "collab" we all love and need lol Also, my husband built me an a frame shelf for my Christmas village last year. He and I built our own shoe rack. That was the first thing we built when he finally got the appropriate tools for Christmas back in 2017. Then after my shelf, he built a picnic table for our kids that can be carried, so it comes apart and connects to where it's kinda like a box so you can travel with it. Then he built a table for his miter saw I got him for projects. After that, he build some stands or a jack to prop up his bike (motorcycle) to work on it. Then he built his own stool to use. I think he built that mainly because he was bored and the kids would hang out with him in the garage and we only had one stool lol. Building things is so much fun. It takes a lit of time and patience but once you're done, it's an awesome feeling lol
