Tom Mills: KHSAA Commissioner 1975- '91

Tom Mills starred athletically at Pineville H.S., served 4 years in the Navy, then earned his education degree from Eastern Ky. University in 1957. This short Sports History Foundation bio takes a brief look back at Tom's childhood and his 33 years of dedication to the students of Kentucky as a teacher, coach, principal, superintendent and sports administrator.
