I remember the days when Shehzad used to literally spam twitter feed with tweets like - PSL> IPL, best league starts today, Babar so great, happy to see Kohli fail , saying 'sahi hua Rohit ke saath twitter space me 🤮, loved watching Kohli's sad face in dressing room , Pakistan ne 'toyee' maardi Kohli ki' while that guy beats PCT black and blue almost every match etc etc and other disgusting stuff. Now he objects to 'Zimbabar' which is clever but not respectful imo.

Why you guys think a franchise will think of national team.if Lahore qalander is playing Abdullah Shafiq is at 5 or 6 no. because it is better for their team,and it help them to win in PSL.They are not there to make a team combination for Pakistan, it is the duty of PCB.

There were a few issues like this in the past but, the IPL in the last five years has mirrored and, at times, bettered international cricket standards.
A Pat Cummins can win the Ashes, WC and WTC, a player probably the most in-demand in world cricket, earns a bomb at the IPL, and leads his team wonderfully, so much so that this SRH will always be remembered. Same with Klaasen, Head, Gurbaz, Russell, Kuldeep, Bumrah, Rabada, Phil Salt, Buttler, Pooran.
Salman Butt was 3rd highest overall run getter in 2010 WC with SR of 131.

@@ThePakistanExperiencefull toss spin bowler shadab failed in 50 over wc that too in India and in T20wcs and also in the bilateral series in between the wcs and didn't have any batting brilliance in this period whereas Usama mir who performed well against nz in home is out of team.How long would you back a player in expense of nation.Now it looks like shadab form is more imp than team. Similar case is of kuldeep but he work on his skills and now you can see his performance.
I have no problem with it. I'll be happy if babar still remains captain and back the player who lost his rhythm.Its helpful for oppositions 😅😅😅 just disappointment for the pak players that we have seen in past who are match winners.

Few things that we, as a nation, should just accept without further incessant arguments:
1- We don’t have a talented enough squad to compete I-e not one player can walk into the current India, Aus side. So let’s stop this bullshit of “we have so much talent, they just need to work hard”.
2- Resource contention: Too many people are competing for too few resources which results in leg pulling, back stabbing, job insecurity etc. This phenomenon is not limited to Pakistan. Even in US or Europe, wherever you get this much resource contention you get similar issues. This is human nature and these issues will always arise wherever we have this resource contention. I don’t know if there is any solution to this apart from increasing resources which would require strong economic development and resources. Imagine if we could guarantee a good income for the top 50 or 100 players without any repercussions from any chairman, captain etc and is based solely on performance.
3- Lack of consistency in policy- be it cricket, politics or anything else. Any change in regime or Chairman shouldn’t diametrically change the direction of policy. Any lasting change, with exceptions, are those which are incremental in nature. Introduce small change, observe results & gather feedback, fine tune the next set of changes and continue improving.
4- Stop equating past cricketing greats as great analysts of the game. It’s obvious to any one with half a brain that moist of our past cricketing greats have NO analytical skills or intelligence. Just listen to Ricky Ponting or someone who’s a life long learner of the game talk about the game. They never talk about how good we were or how rubbish others are or this format is better or worse. They stick to the fact and think through their games and then draw conclusions based on their own past playing experiences and their updated current knowledge of the game. . Our ex-Cricketers are mostly known for defamatory statements and polarizing comments about religion, gambling or politics and only offer platitudes and empty arguments based mostly on hindsight only.
I think most of you have forgotten that Pakistan played same team (almost) in 2021 T20 World Cup at Dubai which did very well and almost won that title… if same team is not doing well in recent times, then problem lies with the attitude but not talent
They reached the 2021WC Finals because by chance Netherlands defeated South Africa that year shocking everyone. And England defeated India in the Semifinal. It wasn't entirely due to their 'talent'. The players themselves had packed their bags to come back home. They got really lucky too. That's the harsh reality.

@@Destination_Unknown713you're confusing two T20WCs. In 2021 T20WC, Pakistan was the best team across the board, lost the semis to Aus when Wade's dolly was dropped. India didn't qualify for the semis, like you're saying.
That happened in 2022, Eng beat India in the SF, and then Pakistan in the final. Pakistan were lucky here.
Missed the humour side of Usman bhai in HMH this world cup. Tabish/Usman duo has no other equivalent in the industry in current times.

Shehzad you are missing an important side of Afridi that does not make him a low value player, that is his bowling. He was an effective spinner who could easily get you a wicket when needed, which players like Tim David dont have in them.

Even though in the sense of “wicket”, are not 95% of batters these days lie in the same category as Shahid Afridi back in late 90s and 2000s, specifically in t20 cricket. The remaining 5% batters are either those who play aggressively but in calculated way such as Warner/SKY/Marsh or batsmen like Babar/Rizwan who just want to make sure they play most of the overs.

Ramoji film city is the biggest film studio, where hundred of film are shot every year, and bahubal was also shot there.

I remember I was in the Keley Wala show where Usman opened. It was my first ever stand-up. I enjoyed his act and in between he was extremely witty. But the ending act, the keley wala bhai, was super shit. I think he retired.

Shehzad bhai, but England's Football team is way better qualitatively than this Pakistan team and the comparison you made is so illogical. England just need a good manager , they already have two world class players at every position , the problem is with Southgate's coaching, while Pakistan's problem is the whole team and no matter how much you rate Babar Azam he isn't in the league of world class, he is the best pakistan has got but Babar has failed at almost all the big occasions, against the big teams barring once or twice, plus the quality of Pakistan's middle order is literally way below than par and plus the groupism that is there within the team and at the selection level, where Punjab always dominates 😂
