Wish that template was avaliable. This is my biggest barrier of entry in starting a card shop

Starting a card shop on ebay? You can do that without any template. Very easy to list even 10-20 cards without any sort of template. Going into sales numbers more can be sometimes trickier if you're not excel savvy, but you can still analyze quite a bit using some simple reports.

@@CardZooSportsCards will do :) hope that means the algos are in your favor today.
hope ya see some good gains.
thanks for the card. if ya see something in my store. will return the favor and come closer to your side as well.
enjoyed your video. but your spreadsheet knowledge is far superior to mine :)
i use a couple of multi platform inventory software. gave up on skus as not all sites let you use them.
now i have "free" software that tracks the items and which sites they are cross posted on. when 1 sells it delists it from ebay mercari fb etc.
ya can add the cost of goods, marketplace cost, tax, shipping, and i have an other for supplies ie top loader enevelopes etc.
      been helpful for tax time

Is the link to the template you use available? Looks incredibly useful!

Not right now. As I mentioned in the video I may make a template for Elite Channel Members down the road once I can offer memberships on the channel, but just for personal use right now. Good luck!

I've been trying setup tracking but I always hit a wall setting the spreadsheet up

It takes a lot of leg work on the front end for sure. You can always run things manually every month based on eBay sales/fees/ your own expenses, but it would be pretty cumbersome as you sold more and more.

Do you have any recommendations on resources for what to include in your spread sheets? I have basic information currently that’s just not showing enough data

It depends on what you're wanting to track..I have a lot general things that most businesses would track like Gross/Net Sales Year over Year, Cards sales month over month/year over year. I also have more specific data related to the collections that I buy like how close I am to recouping the money from that collection based on my net sales, and also just started tracking the date that I recoup that collection because I want to know how long (on average) it takes me to make my money back. I would ask yourself "what do I want to know about my sales?" and then find out what data you need to answer that question. Analyzing data starts with wanting to answer a business question:). Good luck!
