Excellent first look. I had the pleasure to meet Dilek at Detectival last September and at a Toronto event in June (I an British but live in Canada). Awesome lady and great products. Hoping to get on the Beta Team for the Accupoint so it pairs with my Legend.
They make EXCELLENT feature-filled products. Stand behind them and respond to their customer base. I'm CERTAIN that by the time the end user gets these, they will be humming off the charts...
Looks like a great pinpointer plus being able to pair it with your headphones unlike a lot of other companies. Also, I the having the 2 tone is awesome! Sure looks better then the 1st Nokta pinpointer. I found it to big & bulky. With the screen display it’s going to be a game changer & with 5 years all pinpointers will follow suit. I like the black & yellow better then the Garrett Carrot. I’ll definitely be buying one. How easy is it to find & press button without looking at the pinpointer?
I do like this setup the screen is a game changer. Another cool feature is the 2 tones one for iron and other for the good stuff. Will get my hands on one theses when they come onto the market
We got our order for the beta test #Accupoint in for Underground Metal Detecting in New York. We look forward to being able to review and release the video once they are publicly released.
Hmmm …. I truly love my NM products but outside the bells and whistles of this pinpointer , I was a bit disappointed in it’s sensitivity setting. It was on it’s maximum sensitivity and only picked up the gold ring from what appears to be less than 2 inches. The carrot has 3 sensitivity settings with 1 being about 0-2 inches. Setting 2 is 0-4 and settling 3 is 0-8 + inches. I’m curious after the bata testing is completed to determine if I should get one. Thanks for sharing the information and your thoughts on this new NM product. Be blessed and stay safe.
The video was very rushed due to a lack of time and I was looking through the camera viewfinder. There's a good chance I wasn't as square onto the ring as it looks. I was demonstrating the pointer to people through the day after this and it was easily getting a few inches on the same ring. As soon as I'm issued mine I'll be doing more diligent testing than this quick video allowed 😊👍
Please note that I am by no means knocking the product. I know if there is more to it than meets the eye in this short video you will let everyone know. That’s one of the reasons I enjoy your channel, I can always count on an honest and informative discussion on the product. Thanks for sharing and I’m looking forward to your feedback on a potentially valuable resource to the hobby. Be blessed and stay safe friend.
Wow I can't wait to get one! But one thing I was wondering about.. it seems to have a low range of detection for your gold ring? Maybe if the ring was laying flat and exposing a circle if it would be detected at greater range?
Hi! This was a very rushed video in quite extreme heat. We were getting about 3 inches on the same ring later in the day when demonstrating to the public so it could be a number of factors. I should have the final version on release so I'll be able to do more reliable testing then 👍
Super cool!.. If they decide for A holster/Magnetic “On/Off” in the Final release, It Could give the infamous SphinxII a run for Most sought after pin-pointer!.
It would be nice if some company developed a high-frequency probe for gold prospecting similar to the Falcon Gold Tracker MD 20. I have had good success with the Falcon but would like something a little more stable with updated technology .
Hi, No, it doesn't. It would be very difficult to be precise with the distance but the beeps do a great job of letting you know when you're getting near.
@DTEKTSUSSEX Same function as the old Nokta pin pointer, only it can discriminate between ferrous and non-ferrous and Bluetooth connectivity. Maybe improve on sentivity level, as shown by you, your gold ring distance is approximately one to one and a half inches. Thanks again. Have a nice evening. Eric from Penang, Malaysia. 😊👍
Ok so this is better that I expected adam.. I’m most excited about the fact the display is in colour, for me it feels like a nod from Nokta to say colour detector screens are coming.. I might be wrong but that would be awesome (in my opinion)
My comment was (its disappeared somewhere!) that discrim I believe sees eddy current response so never hard and fast decision. U need to try something like a pewter button thats snapped in half as the edge shape can produce iron tones as well as non ferrous . The number of mixed tones responses will be less in general however if the object lies within range
You can shift the frequency so it should work with any machine without interference. Dilek expects the price to be around £140 but obviously that won't be final until release 😊👍
Adam, couldn't help notice you use the Pulsedive- did you ever do a video on that? Top of my list for my new pointer but just wondered your thoughts? Can't thank you enough for all the videos you've produced- helped me no end when I first got my simplex! Top man

I use a Nokta pinpointer all the time so not knocking their products. But this is overkill. And all those nooks and crannies will just fill with mud and grit. It looks smart but I suspect a lot of style over real and needed function.

Why would you want a display on a pinpointer? They should have put this display and two tone on an advanced pulse dive. And its not even sensitive. This is a waste of money and I'll stick to the carrot.
The display is brilliant. No more guesswork about how much battery you have left. No more button gymnastics to adjust sensitivity etc. and just hoping you've hit the right setting. The Accupoint tells you everything. Sensitivity-wise, don't take this video as anything other than a quick first look. I spent some time demonstrating it later in the day and it was hitting my gold ring easily at 4-5 inches on full sensitivity. You're free to use whichever pointer you wish. I, and many others, are VERY excited for the Accupoint 😎
@DTEKTSUSSEX Its not ergonomic at all. It's like a reversed gun handle. When you reach for it, your fingers will naturally slot themselves into holding it like a handgun. [which is upside down for the device] When they should have made the groove to the "bottom" so you naturally align your hand when you grip it, feeling more comfortable. I just see another Xterr pro uncomfortable and unwieldy grip. Fortunately you only hold it for 5 seconds. And just a note that doesn't add or takeaway and doesn't truly effect my purchase of this machine is the fact the LCD screen is a cash grab because it's legit cool but it's useless. None of us have ever needed to see a screen on our pointer. Shoot. A lot of experienced detectorists don't even look at their MD screen. Also also I don't like any design of any pointer with the N Banana being thr worst and the Profinds being my favorite. But like I said, I can fault the profinds too. But it's whatever in the end because I'm buying the Legend Pro Pack right now and thr pointer comes with it.
Cool. Nice to see someone actually able to describe what they don't like rather than just trolling 👏 Having actually held it and demonstrated it I would strongly disagree about the grip of the device. I found it very comfortable and natural to hold. And as for the screen, it doesn't give you anything when detecting, unlike the metal detector screens, but it shows battery level, sensitivity, frequency shift etc. etc. Settings and information which, for the most part, you couldn't select or know without some kind of readout. If you're getting it with the bundle, give it a go. I'm sure you'll be surprised 😊👍😎

I respect that.....I'm so used to my quick on and off on the back with my old nokta pointer.
Цена его какая?
Dilek said around 150 Euros but that may vary depending on location.
The design is absolute trash
Definitely a minority view...
What exactly don't you like?
Also also I don't like any design of any pointer with the N
Banana being thr worst and the Profinds being my favorite. But like I said, I can fault the profinds too.
But it's whatever in the end because I'm buying the Legend Pro Pack right now and thr pointer comes with it.
Cool. Nice to see someone actually able to describe what they don't like rather than just trolling 👏
Having actually held it and demonstrated it I would strongly disagree about the grip of the device.
