Each little segment was a separate commercial (where it says Long Long Man is the end of each commercial). They were released sporadically over time, so you would have to have seen all the commercials separately through that time to understand. It was extremely popular and effective marketing in Japan. The uploader of that TH-cam video just put each separate commercial into one video.
