One time I had a 20 hour car drive by myself and I decided to spend it praying in tongues. I had one of the most profound encounters with God on that trip. At about 12 hours into the trip, I heard a specific phrase from the Lord. I spoke that phrase and then for about an hour and a half, I received a prophetic word about what kind of ministry the Lord is calling me into. I received new insights and I felt like I could not stop speaking these Spirit-inspired utterances. It felt like rivers of living water coming from me. We must not forbid speaking in tongues. Keep on praying and thanking the Lord. He is good and His love endures forever.
Yes, praying in tongues spiritually pressurized a thief to bring back a valuable stolen item back into my house and leaving it in a visible place. Thank and praise God!!!
I remember being a Christian and still having the annoying sinful habit of smoking marijuana. I wanted to quit. I tried using willpower it would always go back to it. I was addicted to that euphoric sensation I would get while under the influence and found it impossible to give that up as it was such a great feeling. Then I got Batised in the Holy spirit along with my sister. that changed everything. At every opportunity when I wanted to smoke weed I'd go to her house and pray in the spirit until we both felt drunk! for me when I prayed in. tongues the refreshing I got felt like I was high only MORE powerful. it got to the point where I'd call my sister and ask her was she ready to get high?! Before I consciously realized it Holy spirit had completely taken the taste for marijuana away from me to the extent that I could be in the presence of my friends who were smoking and not be the least bit tempted. it occurred to me later on that I finally realized why God was called THE most High! I hope my testimony encourages someone.
I have prayed in tongues for 57 years , I know the truth about speaking in tongues ,and was put out of a church for it , Even today SpSpirit baptized people do not like to have me speaking to the Father , They use 1corinthians 12 and say do all speak in tongues then they say no ,The Father told me that He loves His children to speak in the Holy Spirit to Him ,I t is also building up our most Holy Faith , My heart breaks for the Body of Christ because they reject the Baptism ,Giod also revealed to me every time we speak in Tongues it is conformation that Jesus is alive in heaven and has kept His promise of sending us the Holy Spirit ,Thank you for this teaching
This is what’s currently happening to me. The Holy Spirit is literally cleansing and transforming me ever since I started praying in tongues. I approve this message, it’s the truth. If you’re a Christian, you should start speaking in tongues immediately.
I was doing 3 years in a correctional facility in 2000. I read a book that said Gloria Copeland prayed in the spirit for an hour everyday. I had never heard that this could be done, so I tried it that night. I did it for about 30 minutes. It was uncomfortable at first, but I kept going until I fell asleep at about 2:30am. I awoke at 6am to the sound of breakfast trays. My eyes opened but I couldn’t move or speak! In front of me I could see a face with sharp teeth mocking me speaking in tongues. I was terrified! All I could do was think “JESUS “. Eventually the figure began to fade away and disappear. I know now that it was the spirit of fear to prevent me from doing it. It took me years to do it again. However, I know I must have been on to something. Just recently started back.
Thank you for this teaching. It’s so edifying! I was water baptized on May 1st and began speaking in tongues on June 1st after asking for Jesus to give it to me. Then on Pentecost Sunday, May 5th, the Spirit overtook me in church with such power and glory, it brought me to tears and when I tried to speak in English, I ended up switching over to tongues. In the past, when I prayed without the Spirit in English, it felt more like something on my to do list but when I pray in the Spirit and tongues, I want to do it all the time just so I could get that tingly and powerful feeling all over again. It’s a shame that there’s a school of thought that considers speaking in tongues is not for this era or ridiculous or even faked. There’s no way I could speak so fast in a fake language so rapidly. Mine is extremely fast with difficult sounds at times.
I finally spoke in tongues two weeks ago. I have been a Christian for over 40 years..and at age 52 .I started speaking in tongues while I was at a traffic stop and spoke for like 5 full minutes. It was overwhelming.

I was baptized in the Holy Spirit years ago, but, only recently am I speaking in tongues. I was raised up SDA and was taught it was not a good thing, but, I definitely do not believe this at all!! I am so thankful that I can now pray in tongues!!
Yes this word is directly from God father, I experienced my own as I am a new prayer in tongues, but I also felt like I can also speak in tongues at the same time I can read Bible also

It's true. Sometimes I go to GOD's presence when I don't know what to Pray but suddenly when I start praying in tongues I find my self praying for 2hrs

As I pray in Tongues daily, I now pray that the Holy Spirit shall give me the gift of interpretation as I definitely want to understand what the Holy Spirit saying to God through my voice.

I was demon possessed and went to the funny farm .i was siting in the hallway when a man came ,dragging a Yong girl down the hallway by her foot. She was screaming and cursing so the man started to praise the lord ,and rightaway the demon inside me left and I was shocked it happens agen this time I became desperate about who this JESUS was and got saved that day o yes I was into all kind of junk like ouija board Tara’s cards reading of the pomes my mom did all this in the house I lived in. But i have witnessed,just as you mentioned,countless situations where people got delivered from demonic opressions,sicknesses etc because of praying in tounges. How can it be demonic if people who practice it doesnot compromise on any doctrinal issues. I will surely pray for your ministry. Once I hade sciatica in both legs and I had to walk about 1/2 mile to get to my job. It hert so bad that I cried, the lord asked me and said what are you doing, crying is useless, pray in the spirit instead,so I would pray everyday for about 3 or 4 mouths Then after awhile a revival Brock out and all my prayers returned with my name on them answered and it was my revival and it lasted for about 3years it just blue my mind ,everyday I was asked to pray to start the new day!!! Praying in tungs is a adventure you never know where it’s going to take you, but you are working with GOD, it just can’t get any better than this Amen That’s. My point. Thank. You

And, met a man when I was 36. Anyway, a year later we were married n a month later went to a Pentecostal church. I had been to an Assembly church once, and, I just fell right in. We were always taught obedience to the man of God. Anyway, first night, God took all but my tobacco away, 2 nights latee, I was Baptized, and the cigarettes went, by the Power of God, the next night I RAN DOWN TO THE ALTAR. At the age of 21, I received true salvation and the gift of speaking in tongues! In 1 Corinthians 14:18 paraphrasing "I (apostle Paul) thank my God, I speak with tongues more than you all!" The way words in tongues is taught through the Holy Spirit; His Presence reveals mysteries being spoken and the hidden wisdom of God! What an excellent teaching, especially with supporting scripture. Profound. I never realized there were so many benefits to praying in tongues. I particularly appreciated that while we should pray in tongues more you also emphasized that there are times when it is inappropriate around certain unbelievers and that it should be spirit led decision. Sometimes I find either people abuse this gift, that is speaking in tongues at the pulpit (with no interpretation) for most of the service which is good for them...but for visitors its baffling. Alternatively, there Christians who are against praying in the Spirit altogether and because they can't understand it they refuse to receive it. Thanks again...this will give me more incentive to not take this gift for granted and use it more frequently. I tend to want to figure out everything...by why not pray in the Spirit more than constantly sprain by brain.

Pastor James Fortune,,I went to a bible service an hour ago.And they ask me about prayer request,and so I told them please pray for me this coming sept,24 2017,for this will be the day of my Board exam for Teachers. I was so happy because a sister in Christ lay her hands to me together with pastors she uttered unknown tounges in her prayers to e I observe that after she uttered those unknown tongues she translated it in our language but Fortunately I know she was not the one who translate it,its the Lord our God .God spoke me,I will pour wisdom to you on the day of ur exam like an overflowing river, receive it .And that was my great testimony today,Godbless pastor ,Pls include e in your prayers pastor

April 28, 2019; 10am Speaking In Tongues It is The Language of God. It is given by the Blessed Holy Spirit. It is the National Language in heaven. Those who are heaven bound speaks that Language fluently. 1. Speaking In Tongues eases the hurts and pains of the heart. One time I told the Lord, “Lord, I always remembers the hurt this person have done unto me.” Then I heard Him answer back to me, “Every time you remember, just pray in tongues.” 2. Speaking In Tongues humbles a person One time the Lord told me, “You have reach the Holy of the Holiest.” And that is the time He Baptized me with the Holy Spirit coupled by Speaking in Tongues. The Lord told me that unless a person bow down unto him, that person cannot receives that precious gift given by the Holy Spirit. It takes humility to bow down. And it also takes humility to come to God’s presence and receives the gift from the Holy Spirit.
Wohoo that´s a wonderful message, thank you. I thought of some of those 14 points but wouldn´t have come up with all. I´ve experienced tongues to be very helpful indeed against - as you called it - contamination. Even against thoughts and pictures the enemy may bring up, just speak out in tongues and it´s gone. One or two times I spoke in tongues in a dream, against the enemy and it was immediate victory. The last point was very encouraging. Thank you and God bless you.

When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking. This has happened to me after pray in tongues and worshiping for eight hours straight.
I just received this beautiful gift and it is so beautiful. Praise Jesus, with the Holy Spirit, I dont feel alone anymore inside, and I feel closer to the Lord.

Amen I speak in touges,the enemy trys to make me think I'm not doing anything affective but I know it's a gift from the holy spirit!

I have it on my cell phone for a couple yrs now and when I am being attacked by the enemy I play this video and they must know your name and who you are bc they leave me alone and I am able to sleep and they don't come back the same night. As I pray in Tongues daily, I now pray that the Holy Spirit shall give me the gift of interpretation as I definitely want to understand what the Holy Spirit saying to God through my voice.

I was demon possessed and went to the funny farm .i was siting in the hallway when a man came ,dragging a Yong girl down the hallway by her foot. She was screaming and cursing so the man started to praise the lord ,and rightaway the demon inside me left and I was shocked it happens agen this time I became desperate about who this JESUS was and got saved that day o yes I was into all kind of junk like ouija board Tara’s cards reading of the pomes my mom did all this in the house I lived in. I got screed up with the ouija board ,opened up a door to hell an the rest is why I got jumped by saton I was just a dumb kid but know I know the truth and the truth made me free amen praise the lord

Bless God brother,thank you for this video. The internet is full of videos against talking in tounges. But i have witnessed,just as you mentioned,countless situations where people got delivered from demonic opressions,sicknesses etc because of praying in tounges. How can it be demonic if people who practice it doesnot compromise on any doctrinal issues.

Once I hade sciatica in both legs and I had to walk about 1/2 mile to get to my job. It hert so bad that I cried, the lord asked me and said what are you doing, crying is useless, pray in the spirit instead,so I would pray everyday for about 3 or 4 mouths Then after awhile a revival Brock out and all my prayers returned with my name on them answered and it was my revival and it lasted for about 3years it just blue my mind ,everyday I was asked to pray to start the new day!!! Praying in tungs is a adventure you never know where it’s going to take you, but you are working with GOD, it just can’t get any better than this Amen That’s. My point. Thank. You

Brother, I enjoyed your teaching on The unfolding of The Holy Ghost. I was filled to overflowing with The Holy Spirit 35 years ago this coming June , 2018. I was raised "CATHOLIC!" And, met a man when I was 36. Anyway, a year later we were married n a month later went to a Pentecostal church. I had been to an Assembly church once, and, I just fell right in. We were always taught obedience to the man of God. Anyway, first night, God took all but my tobacco away, 2 nights latee, I was Baptized, and the cigarettes went, by the Power of God, the next night I RAN DOWN TO THE ALTAR. AN HOUR LATER GOD FILLED ME WITH HIS AWESOME SPIRIT!! I HAVEN'T EVER WANTED TO GO BACK .. PEAISE GOD!!! I LOVED THE WAY YOU TAUGHT THE LESSON, CAUSE IT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE BELIEVE. At the age of 21, I received true salvation and the gift of speaking in tongues! In 1 Corinthians 14:18 paraphrasing "I (apostle Paul) thank my God, I speak with tongues more than you all!" The way words in tongues is taught through the Holy Spirit; His Presence reveals mysteries being spoken and the hidden wisdom of God! As a Minister we must not teach human advice, only teach the Scripture! Hallelujah for the "power and teachings of El Elyon, praying in the Spirit!" Very good teaching. I will never forget the night i was led into the manifestation of tongues. Nothing weird happened, I just spoke in tongues and that was it. It was wonderful and a night I will never forget.

What an excellent teaching, especially with supporting scripture. Profound. I never realized there were so many benefits to praying in tongues. I particularly appreciated that while we should pray in tongues more you also emphasized that there are times when it is inappropriate around certain unbelievers and that it should be spirit led decision. Sometimes I find either people abuse this gift, that is speaking in tongues at the pulpit (with no interpretation) for most of the service which is good for them...but for visitors its baffling. Alternatively, there Christians who are against praying in the Spirit altogether and because they can't understand it they refuse to receive it. Thanks again...this will give me more incentive to not take this gift for granted and use it more frequently. I tend to want to figure out everything...by why not pray in the Spirit more than constantly sprain by brain.

Pastor James Fortune,,I went to a bible service an hour ago.And they ask me about prayer request,and so I told them please pray for me this coming sept,24 2017,for this will be the day of my Board exam for Teachers. I was so happy because a sister in Christ lay her hands to me together with pastors she uttered unknown tounges in her prayers to e I observe that after she uttered those unknown tongues she translated it in our language but Fortunately I know she was not the one who translate it,its the Lord our God .God spoke me,I will pour wisdom to you on the day of ur exam like an overflowing river, receive it .And that was my great testimony today,Godbless pastor ,Pls include e in your prayers pastor

Speaking In Tongues
It is The Language of God.
It is given by the Blessed Holy Spirit.
It is the National Language in heaven. Those who are heaven bound speaks that Language fluently.
1. Speaking In Tongues eases the hurts and pains of the heart.
One time I told the Lord, “Lord, I always remembers the hurt this person have done unto me.” Then I heard Him answer back to me, “Every time you remember, just pray in tongues.”
2. Speaking In Tongues humbles a person
One time the Lord told me, “You have reach the Holy of the Holiest.” And that is the time He Baptized me with the Holy Spirit coupled by Speaking in Tongues. The Lord told me that unless a person bow down unto him, that person cannot receives that precious gift given by the Holy Spirit. It takes humility to bow down. And it also takes humility to come to God’s presence and receives the gift from the Holy Spirit.
Amen hallelujah worship your holy name oh God praise you Lord glory glory to your holy name Lord thank you for all you have done
Wohoo that´s a wonderful message, thank you. I thought of some of those 14 points but wouldn´t have come up with all. I´ve experienced tongues to be very helpful indeed against - as you called it - contamination. Even against thoughts and pictures the enemy may bring up, just speak out in tongues and it´s gone. One or two times I spoke in tongues in a dream, against the enemy and it was immediate victory. The last point was very encouraging. Thank you and God bless you.

When I saw it, I fell facedown, and I heard the voice of one speaking. This has happened to me after pray in tongues and worshiping for eight hours straight.
I just received this beautiful gift and it is so beautiful. Praise Jesus, with the Holy Spirit, I dont feel alone anymore inside, and I feel closer to the Lord.
