I might be able to help you with the Genshin Impact traveler nendoroid posing issue! I have the Aether and it took a bit for me to figure out, but each arm has joints at the shoulder and the glove (aka its split at the skinlines), so if you fiddle with the pieces you have provided, you will have the ability to pose them where their arms are properly spread out and look more natural when in a gliding pose! It's the pose I currently have displayed for mine :)

What are these kind of clips looking like stands from the Ather nendoroid? I don't really like the original distapy stands the nendo's come with, but without them they tend to fall sometimes
