Raketenwerfer's ability to retreat like an infantry unit is great too.
MG42 is S tier.... unreal suppression, cheap, ap rounds allows you to tear up light vechs and really damage allied tanks... Americans especially
Yeah, i really was like "wtf" when saw MG42 at B. Pretty much mandatory in opener, good supression, AP, wide arc. The only real cons are bad damage (the worst of all mgs) and small squad.

You know Maxim is The best Offesinve support MG because of the 6 modules and super low time to set up .

@@justmonika2345 what lol the aura of it is from berlin to moscow supresses instanlty aswell for the maxis to supress you need to shoot 3 bursts just for the inf to consider getting suprresed
@@poper3232 You misunderstand me. I'm talking about how the Maxim's only benefits don't work for the Axis so it's easily the worst MG in the game for them. (They can't 6 man a stolen Maxim)

I love my Maxim MG, I know that it doesn't do very well supressing enemies, but once is veted, is a great add to an attacking force. Also I think that is faster to deploy its gun than others MG.
I believe the .50 has the fastest set up, and the Maxim in my tests has very similar set up to most other MGs, but a faster pack up. Maxim's continuous fire ability is insanely good too, double burst length, half the cooldown, +25% suppression, and 50% faster reload

If we can put the 17-Pounder emplacement in the tier list. I say S-Tier. One is the flare ability and two i believe has a higher powered shell. Third its tougher to destroy with that increase defense commander. The only downfall is the rotation of the AT gun

Night_Panzer definitely. Its really good. If you have some tanks ready to dive you can kill KTs that run into it.
I don't know. For me it always felt like it is the least useful british emplacement. Of course it can deal tons of damage but I see several problems:
1. 14 population slots on a completely stationary units hurt a lot. However, this isn't as terrible as it once was because now we can remove the 17-pounder when we finally don't need it anymore.
2. It can't permanently shoot through buildings unlike the German Pak 43. So you really need a good map for it.
3. It is available very late in the game, too late in my opinion. I'd rather go for tanks at this point, Fireflies for example.
@@dasnachtgespenst You´d want both Fireflies and the emplacement. Especially when the enemy first encounters it you can reliably kill even the heaviest tanks with a quick dive. And without it it´s very hard to hold on to your sim city.

The German laser mortar that is more accurate in FOW then all the other mortars in LOS needs to be higher tier.
The DShK also has a very narrow field of fire, less then half of others, you never covered the MG's coverage.

Wtf lol, definitely was entertained by this video, but starting of a support weapon ranking with light vehicles seems kinda weird
45mm was hugely nerfed recently. It has increased cost now and range of the canister shot was cut like 33% or so (infantry now can outrange it). It is extremely niche now cause it can be used only to counter early armor and that's all. "F" tier for the toothpicker

I am a simple rifleman - I see a tier list video, I give a like
M2HB weighs around 38kg alone, and the bipod is 21kg, with another box of 50rd 50cal, lol
Grenadier half-track is a very good early pusher like stormtroopers and assault grenadiers, and the half-track can hunker down to secure territory when you reach the standoff phase. Good at preventing bridge crossings and infantry blobs. Pretty sure it's MG can suppress too, so it's an armoured MG42. You can complain about the .50 cal range but put a pathfinder on one of them and their sight range is actually further than the gun itself, meaning you don't need forward spotters when it can spot on its own. Same for AT guns and any crew weapon actually. Pathfinders are incredibly underrated when people compare them on their own.
What about the mobility of the maximum?

Guys, I dont know if you still check the comments or not, but I think the German halftrack is good I would say A tier, it can turn into a MG after you empty its panzergrenadiers off the vehicle.
Put the mg42 on B tier. Huge facepalm.

IMO is more like a building. The problem is that a building rank will be pretty empty.

I've never had any luck with the M8A1. Shots never hit, and when they do the damage is negligible. I'd honestly rather get the Mortar Halftrack because at least with that bugger I get WP and delayed fuse HE.

The Raketenwerfer is B tier at best, none of it's gimmicky abilities make up for it's general lack of reliability as an AT gun, the lack of range combined with the super vulnerable crew make it's veterency largely irrelevant
It retreats (so it's hard to chase down)
It goes into buildings
5 man crew > 4 man crew
Cheap
And it's hella reliable
I always grab them over other AT guns on the field

Sad thing is I've spotted an IR halftrack and used pershing hvap round to shoot through forest to hit it..... it survives easily. Total waste of 90 munitions
need 2 AT shot to kill this thing (160x2=360)

I also thought they were playing a diffrent game when they put mg 42 in b tier. The thing that makes it much better than the .50 cal is the bigger arc and you can get them instantly. I mostly play 1v1 and 2v2 and I almost never get an american 50. cal, just because there are more important things at that stage of the game, where you can get them.

Maxim is d tier imo because of low supprsion, smaller arc, and above all the deathloop wich negates the hp advantidge.

@@dusk6159 it is more likely to eat nades frontaly from a single squad then most mg,s because it sucks at suppressing. Wich is supposed to be its job.
This also contributes to the deathloop happening faster and more often. Completly wasting the hp advantidge imo.
I play 1v1 and 2v2 mostly for the record. Maybe its better in 3s and 4s but i cant comment on that.

IRHT nowadays is complete garbage, bordering on F tier just because it can call stuff in.
On another note adding vet to IRHT is easy, just make it like major vet where it gets it from other units.
I just can't. The Vickers is easily without a doubt the worst MG. It fails at the main MG role, suppressing Infantry. How many times have I seen Infantry just casually walking through the cone and getting behind it. And once the 42 is vetted, it has more AP Damage then the Vickers. So it looses on all fronts. The Range buff is only in Buildings, which makes you immobile and predictable. Easly the worst, no questions asked.
With the accuracy bulletins it kills infantry but I rather choose a maxim or a mg42.

i would actually put the maxim higher than the mg42, maxim's reset time is ridiculous, mg42 is mildy useless as soon as a sniper gets on the field
I rather take a mg42 than a maxim. Mg42 has a wide range and anti light armor ability. Sniper are just rare in 4vs4 games. Mostly they go with mortar.

These jokers crack me up, always walking a thin line, trying not to pump up their favorite faction(germans) too much as they are afraid they might get nerfed. I've never seen anyone pick up a damn Vickers on the battlefield. That MG34 however.... is a completely different story. They almost put that MG34 at "C" rank. Good save though. If its 4 players who play together and are talking, against 4 random players, those MG 34s can win the game before it even starts. LOL, "B" rank. That's "S" teir for sure. But hey, it was their best vid yet on rankings being close to correct.

If you’ve never seen anyone pick up a vickers you play with trash cans. Mg34 is worse than every mg other than maximum imo. American and British mg shred infantry. I always have a hard time against mg42. But mg34 and maximum? They don’t shred infantry and not great at suppressing.
