man, this video really inspired me to create some interesting software instruments in which i’m currently working on in reaktor(i’m going to remake it in max or pure data once i’m more comfortable in it. and hopefully one day code it into a VST) . the way he looks at the function of electronic instrumentation is beyond inspiring and it finally sparked the idea for the project i’ve been trying so hard to throw myself into but didn’t know what to do. it’s going to take a long time and a ton of trial and error but i feel that spark i’ve been needing and i’m so excited to see where this goes! first and foremost though, i’m going to need to get myself one of these bad boys!
That's great to hear. He's a super inspiring person to be around, and I think the video does a great job of capturing what that feels like. Let me know how you get on building it!
Really interesting video! I've built two of his strange sound-creatures... but this thing seemed a little bit too advanced for me. But it was nice to watch anyway.. and I saw I friend also :-)
I’m very impressed by his personality and his views of musical instrument design!
This stuff, though very fascinating, just makes me realize how little I know.

Better late than never! Also at this point I think the Shnth has carried on and is now in Berlin, so it's taken quite the journey in that time.
I love this creativity
