Icing day, studio updates, and an unexpected turn of events

well today didn’t go totally as planned 🫣
I have been fighting vertigo spells all week and trying to find ways to manage it :(
I’ve been better since this day specifically- but still pretty anxious about getting another vertigo attack.

I have vertigo also. I always have motion sickness medicine with me. Ingredient is melizine. It helps out a lot. My head begins to feel a bit weird and fuzzy and I feel nauseous.

Look into something called pots, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Causes dizziness
