Yeah, from what I've heard, someone at Capcom watched _the Fugitive_ (a great movie starring Harrison Ford) and said, "Yeah, that's Ken's next story arc -- but with more dragon punches!" He needs a skin where he's completely changed his appearance (dyed/cut his hair, etc.) to sell it, though.
