    Wondering, why these cutlets are called Russian There is no such dish in Russian cuisine. Cutlets in Russia normally consist of raw ground meat (beef or pork or mix), minced raw onion, eggs, bread and a bit of butter milk. All mixed and fried in very little amount of oil.

    • @alessandroantonioni2001
      @alessandroantonioni2001 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kkcc Oh, really? French fries have a historical relationship to France, despite being disputed.
      en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_fries
      But your cutlets have nothing to do with Russian cutlets or cutlets at all. The base of the cutlets is raw minced meat, which is not in your recipe. It is better to use a different name for your dish.

    • @kkcc
      @kkcc 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alessandroantonioni2001 firstly its not my dish. I couldnt care less if the name of this dish was changed to Hawaiian cutlet, either. Secondly, French fries come from Belgium, not France.

    • @kkcc

      also just like French toast doesnt come from France, London broil doesnt come from London, Alaska bake doesnt come from Alaska.
