He is probably a young bird to be rambling on like that, as they age they tend to quiet down and learn context. My African Grey Rio only says hello when you enter the house, and only says see you later as you leave, she also says good morning until around 8 am. She know over 300 words.

It's amazing how similar African Grey Parrots are. I had one named Cairo for about 10 years and this bird is almost identical, right down to him standing on one foot to doing a "morning chatter" routine. They are so incredibly smart, like having a young child around all the time.
All I'm hearing at the beginning is her saying "Dober", "Hi sweetie", "I love you", "Kitty paws", "Good girl", "What's the matter?", "Snowball!", and "No need, sweetie" Honestly it sounds like a crazy old lady seeing things
