Black Ace tactical “Tank 12”. First few rounds through it. It did not like the RIA 19rd mag.

I love these bullpups. Got two of my own. A dickinson ranger and a century centurion.

I have a BP12 from Panzer. I am looking to get another Bullpup. Is this one worth it? How does it cycle with ammo?

Ok so far it has cycled federal bulk box from Walmart and my 00 buckshot loads and slugs . That’s about as far as I’ve shot it. I can’t really say yes just yet. Trying to find some time to go test it again.

So this is just a slightly different fd12 ? Looks exactly like it almost all of these things are coming from the same place and they just keep changing it slightly on the outside but its identical inside

Pretty much all Turkish shotguns with different manufacturers importing them.

With the M-lok around the action, is it functional? Will the action hit the M-lok screws? It's kind of hard for me to tell from this video and the photos that Black Aces haves of this product.

No it won’t I didint like the mlock rail it came with its polymer and doesn’t tighten up no matter how much to tighten it so I removed it and will get a better one later.

      @@alwaysreloading288 Is it just a normal Ar-15 M-lok rail?

I believe so I haven’t gotten around to buy just and hand stop for it. Not a fan of the big grip that it comes with.

I have a fd12. Malfunctions constantly. Doesnt leave the safe much. Picked up a 1301T. Much nicer shotgun.

I am having cycling issues with my tank-12. I’ve loaded low velocity shells with my low velocity gas cylinder and high velocity shells (00 buck) with my high velocity cylinder. It still will not cycle properly. Has anyone had issues with this and knows how to fix it?

    • @alwaysreloading288

I didn't have issues with mine. Maybe magazine issue? I honestly got rid of mine because I didn't like a bullpup like I thought I would.

The quality varies greatly with these Turkish Imports... sometimes what works for one, doesn't work for the next.
I have almost all of these firearms and I repair and tune them.
The suggestion for most of these guns is breaking them in on higher pressure shells in quantities varying from 50 to 150 rounds of "Buckshot". This can be confusing as buckshot can vary drastically in pressure. The shot size isn't that important, it is the pressure over time that makes a gas operated shotgun like these operate.
As a guide, the FPS can offer some indication of pressure... Look for higher velocity shells... 1300fps plus maybe.
Try running a few shots of buckshot or some other higher pressure rounds with the piston for birdshot.
The reason for this is that the slide needs to travel all the way back to break in properly. Don beat your shoulder and gun to pieces like this, but a 25 to 50 rounds of heavy shells with the light piston won't hurt it. Just don't shoot 1600fps slugs or something like that.
I have seen a couple of these guns that had so much clearance in the gas system, it would only operate with the piston for birdshot.
      Hope this helps.

I did run some of my lyman slugs aka Diablo slugs. It ran them fine but I actually got rid of it. I did not like a bullpup like I thought I would. It was way to awkward for me.
