I need help finding this. I can only find web forms if I go to settings, then search for "web forms." Is this the same thing? Because it then brings to me a very basic and almost unusable form creator. Besides font size and type, ALL visual edits need to be done with CSS using HTML when putting the form on a website. I wouldn't recommend Zoho to anybody due to this. Can you even add custom form fields, or are you stuck with what Zoho feels you need? Also, I click on chat help, and nothing happens...
Hey! Yes, there is. When you're setting up your web form, the code that is not editable is highlighted. Other than that, you can change the font, add your own branding, etc. If you need assistance please email support@zohocrm.com
I hate that there is no reply to this comment. Not being able to customize this form easily is ridiculous. That goes for all forms created in zoho.... they are all boring, and not much you can do about it unless you want to manually change using CSS. Time to update this zoho.

There is still no proper drop down and radio buttons available in Webforms of Zoho Forms. Even amazed still now special characters are not allowed in fields. A big company and lack of small features. Form is always normal not dynamic as per client’s website. Everyone need dynamic form from Zoho crm
What if i want to hide some options in the pick list of my "lead source" field in the webform? How can i do so? Also what if i want to present certain fields in the form with a different name, for example if i want to display the field "lead source" as "Source" in my webform how can i do that?

how do we get our forms from looking so plain and boring? Is there a way to customize the colors and format of the appearance?
