    I’ve really missed your videos. You introduced me to Yoga when I was just 16 years old, in my final year of high school in 2013. I would look forward to your 10 min videos everyday, they helped me so much mentally and physically. The introduction to the physical body and spirituality was also so eye opening for me. I’m almost 28 now and after so many major life experiences, I don’t feel connected to my body anymore. This is a good return to home, and I really hope it helps clear my mind and body and brings me back into alignment with my intuition and flow state. Thank you so much for your life’s work ✨
