Major Winter Rain Storm on Mt Washington - foolish or thrilling?

A winter hike to the top of Mt Washington during a rain storm. Normally at this time of year its the snow we worry about on the Mountain purported to have some of the worlds worst weather. But this time it was the rain that was the concern. We started out with an evening hike in the dark to the rustic Harvard cabin where we spent the night after getting thoroughly soaked. Then we summited the mountain the next day finishing the hike in a light afternoon mist.
