Never had any issues with smell .. may be more so.becoz I have the moisture locking layer intact. I hope they are in its place and haven't come off. Never had to open the trim in this one year
Bro kya rear door par bhi speaker lag skte hai? Kyunki aaj mene rear panel kholne ki try kiya tha oar hua nahi par ek round hole feel hua tha feets ke pass.

I am still researching on this. Generally soundproofing is done by installing dual sided closed cell Foam, sound absorbent material on the firewall and wheel arcs. Also the stock tire of Alto is very noisy. Changing the tire to a better tire will help.
