      I just ordered the wrist wraps as a backup pair in a different color. I have them now and they are really good. Amazing support when benching for me and I really recommend them. i have used them heavily for many months, and they still look and perform like brand new. Getting quality merch on sale and supporting Brian is a win-win!

    The most impressive thing with this video is the fact that an olympic barbell look pretty small when resting on Brian's back...

    • @AfferbeckBeats

      Yeah, Brian's snatch grip would be about a foot wider than the bar shaft lets him go!

    • @warzonefitness8937
      @warzonefitness8937 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      6'8 man and a 7' bar will look pretty close. I don't know how to tag him on TH-cam but would be curious if his wingspan would allow him to grip the barbell end to end cap, he looks really close. I'd say their are less men capable of that than men 7 feet or taller. Would explain why his deadlift is so good

    • @jondeth298
      @jondeth298 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Brachwah I have done it before for other major injuries and it boils down to consistency and a fixed technique for an abundance of time. 10lb dumbbells and front raises, lateral raises and side raises, for a few hundred reps a day. *The challenge is doing each for sets of 10 x 3, then rotating the hand and doing it for another 10 x 3, then a final rotation and the 10 x 3.* So that's no less than 270 reps, but I usually do 16s, 12s and 8 to 12 for my 3rd set, so I will be going far beyond 270.
      The methods of PT that will produce tremendous repair to an injury are the king of training standards. When I am done though, I will be a wall of muscle and my numbers for any serious lift should be way higher than over the last 4 years of dedicated strength training. I was doing 405lb shrugs behind the back with a spider web of trap tears having frozen most of my neck, and I didn't know it.

    Look at how high the bar goes when Brian puts it above his head, like a full 12" compared to Kevin's 6" and his elbows are nearly at the height of the boxes. That's how long his arms are. His size can be an advantage but a lot of the time it can also be a disadvantage.

    Great timing with this video while I workout on my shoulders so I added this in my third excercise except I only went up to 225lbs for 3reps 2 sets. Thanks for the motivation. Please get that 5th title Brian.

    Is pressing from behind your head more beneficial than pressing from in front / what’s the difference is it better for strength ?

    Brian is a strongman, a father, has got some money and is also forklift certified. Man has reached the limit of being a man.
