Hi Ms Salbiyyah .. I'm a Malaysian Indian .. FYI, we do have the last 2 items also in Malaysia. 3rd is Paniyaaram & 4th is something similar to that called Akki Roti. Maybe not available in restaurants .. but in most indian houses, they still make these for breakfast or dinner 😀

Hi Scout , it is so nice to hear from you. I use an idli steamer which serves 3 purposes. the steamer comes with 3 idli plates (15 idlis), 1 dhokla plate and the vessel / kadai to prepare sambar.
