The carpet job was made from off cuts ! The outdoor duck pond was a nice feature. Like lipstick on a pig, this apartment is trying to be more than it is.
My friend bought a similar apartment in Perth off the plan. The main issue was the missing metre. The appt was one metre shorter than the plan as well as the display apartment. The missing metre would have contained the linen cupboard and made the living area much more comfortable.
fair few contracts have that as a caveat..friend has new new place that was about 5m2 smaller than the plan..was in the contract..course it was fucking smallert, 5m2 over 150 apts..builder saves a fortune.

Too many issues to list here but honestly look up photos I uploaded on the builders Google review page. The builders were Element Five. Shoddy and unqualified trades. No one should ever buy anything they build without getting a decent inspection

A private building inspector that wants to get more work from the builder and his mates . There'd be a word of mouth system of knowing which building inspectors will give you a favourable sign off .
