There is a video of her talking about befriending Lionel and his wife. She also visited Jeffrey in prison and he apologized to her. I can understand other family members of victims not being so forgiving but at least Theresa got to ask Jeffrey questions about her brother's and she got some closure.

Then a father stood up and said "many people here hate you. I'm not one of them. I forgive you" and it made Gary break down and cry. And I hate to say this, but Capshaw’s accounts of what happened with him and Dahmer have shifted over the years and there are some unanswered discrepancies with his account, most glaring being that from all other accounts of people who were at his base at the time, there were more than 2 people in a room so some of these things couldn’t have happened. I think it’s probable Capshaw had some kind of very negative experience with Dahmer and I truly feel for him, but it’s possible much of the current story is not what happened.
