    Great informative video, thank you. Now that I just retired I may get into it. I love bread. You seem to be whole food plant based, like I am. What are your thoughts on Food for Life Ezekiel sprouted breads? ( It is stored in the frozen section of grocery stores) . Thank you :-)

      During early sprouting seeds undergo a biological activation when a number of growth factors are expressed inside the seeds. To take advantage of these freshly produced nutrients it is best to eat the grain raw. Some of the nutrients are inevitably destroyed during baking. The idea of mixing and sprouting the six best grains is an excellent one. The Ezekiel bread is sold refrigerated to potentially preserve the micronutrients. We may try to develop a recipe for the smoothie of 6 grains sprouts 🍨😀

      I was sprouting broccoli for the sulphorafane. It was tasty, I may start again. 🙏
