Hello - this is a question best directed to the CFA Institute. They definitely keep copies of your PSM completion records for their own tracking, just like they keep your test results for their internal tracking. All of this will be linked to your CFAI member number. I don't know if they also offer public certificates of completion to show outsiders, this is a question they can answer for you.
This is a good question however it is one you should ask the CFA Institute, because they control your candidate access to the practical skills modules. I can confirm, however, that you CAN complete all the practical skills modules after becoming a charterholder (even if you didn't take them as a candidate). All the PSMs now are available in CFAI's professional learning resources. So, one way or another, you can complete all the modules over time if you are interested to do that.
I suppose anything is possible, but the modules are designed to be passable by anyone who takes them. They are supposed to be informative rather than evaluative. Good luck in your studies.

There will be 5 subjects covered in Session 1 and 5 subjects covered in Session 2. Aside from Ethics questions, which CFAI says will stay grouped together, the rest of the subject questions will be randomized (not grouped together).
@@bellago2962 you just need to complete it - if you don't complete it then you won't get your results. Nobody has seen the module yet for prep providers so we cannot speak to the details, but the way it has been described by CFAI to prep providers is that the modules are designed to be easy to pass if you participate in them.

If they don't release your result by Monday, send an email to: info@cfainstitute.org with your candidate ID number and explain you've completed your PSM and ask when they will send your results. Keep opening your member account on the CFAI website to see if they've updated your result information there also.

I didn't complete psm by 4 April and I appeared in Feb 2024 for level 1 so I if complete now will they email me a result or have to appear again?
