Making Ultractie one of if not the best Power Armor in the game with low limitations and the only way to lift those limitations is to keep grinding for the extremely low drop rate of Ultracite plans which is the only way to do it keeps players playing the game forever! Remember how the lore says power armor greatly enhances the wearer's strength? It would be nice if that was reflected in game, even just a little. Maybe a flat increase to carry weight and melee damage or something.
Important to remember that wearing all pieces of power armour gives a passive 42% damage reduction at all times so Emergency Protols and the passive reduction mean you have around 70% flat damage reduction BEFORE you apply perk cards and DR totals

Agree. For NON-bloodied builds (or semi-bloodied 30% health as I use) the order of installation is: Calibrated Legs, APR Torso and +INT Helmet. For your first PA (when still low level) the very first one should be +STR in Torso (adds 10 carry weight, some damage also if melee). Full-bloodied minus than 20% health builds rely on unyielding armor pieces to give more basic attributes, and are very dependent on not taking rads. The torso mod that reduces damage is priceless for those builds, of course, but then all benefits of unyielding are lost as soon as a PA is equipped.
I think Tesla coils are underrated when you're fighting scorchbeast you can run around and zap everything to get the loot and XP if you run a vampire shotgun you don't have to worry about dying you only have to use a stem pack if you got seven enemies hitting you at once that's if you're running a full health build.
If you run Portable Power perk card (if you are a hoarder like me), you can totally just carry around extra pieces of power armor and hotkey them for swapping anytime even in battle. I used this strategy to swap between emergency protocols, jet pack, and stealth boy chest pieces when i was a T-60 user. Normally I wouldn't advise the stealth boy much, but at least back when i was using it, you could don it, crouch to go invis, then fast travel, and you would remain invisible for a whole SBQ fight without it costing any AP or fusion cores.
One note about emergency protocol and speed either one of those will put you at max speed so if you’re not using speed demon for the reload now nowadays a lot of people are just running around with chainsaw. James and auto armor. Don’t need reload if you’re running low with emergency protocols, using automatically weapon or even mini gun shredder although I got there but if you’re running around for a change anyway, if you’re not reloading, you don’t need to be demon protocol for covering it but if you’re gonna be necessarily overlapping situation where you’re already at max speed when you put on your power, you’re not gaining anything from the speed aspect, but if you never play out of armoris always in armor and you don’t reload speed then you can lose the burning up food and hunger hydration from speed demon when you run you quickly get hungry and thirsty demon
Well, you really can benefit from that. However, the great all-round measures are to invest in this set of perks, they will save you whether you are in PA or regular armor: Radiation control: 3xLead Belly + Aqua boy/girl. This is invaluable for unyielding builds. Health recovery: 1 x Born Survivor, 1 or more First Aid and Field Surgeon (this one, in CHR, is not valued enough by the community). Need enough Stimoaks in inventory, of course.
For some info... You can use the perk "super duper" while crafting armor, and keep creating PA parts until the perk kicks in. You'll have 2x 1 part equiped (e.g. 2x left arm equiped). This way you can craft 2x modifications, where normally you couldn't. Both double items work at the same time. :)
You are able to equip two pieces using Super Duper still, however only one of them will be active when you equip the power armor (doesn't show in inventory, nor on the model if different paints, and doesn't provide the effect from the second mod). You do see it in the armour's inventory/on its model when the armor isn't equipped.

Based on one of your newer videos regarding Daily Ops and what to do if your character is stealth based, you recommended Excavator Armor with the Medic Pump and A Flamer Plasma Rifle. You demonstrated you could Solo Daily Ops with that, and I thank you, it works really well.

You think next season, maybe they’ll add legendary power armor pieces, I know it probably sounds useless but there are power armor pieces at the rusty pick but no actual legendary pa pieces.
So sad too se how PA is rubish in compared to non PA armors like only reason to use it is for stabilize and EP while doing boss fights like SBQ and Earl .. i hope bethesda rebalance and buff PA bit in the future

Agree, they really need to rebalance the mods for weapons, armors and PA, as 95% of these mods are 100% useless. They have everything they need to make the game more enjoyable from this perspective, we can have a large character build variety, based on the gear mods themselves.
When in PA the only thing you lose that would save you is the anti-poison resistance, DOTs kill you so quick. Poison resistance in two pieces of regular armor will probably save you a lot of times, even in Erle fights.
Leonaldo Brum there is no poison dmg on earl, its basic fire ... turtle has a great video about it, poison resist is great had 2 pieces of armor with PR but once i saw there will be legendary perk i grinded and swaped to full AP gear

Targeting HUD should be a new mutation called "Thermal Vision", you can see enemies' heat signature naturally but have reduced Per by 4 and +10 Fire Damage Taken. You're eyee basically get irritated and seeing intense heat hurts you.
Since you take 70% less damage with PA + Emergency Protocols, does anything that brings it over 75% even matter? I remember you testing a Sentinel's radicals mask when they could be legendary and finding out that the max amount of Sentinel's effects that you can stack is 5. If the limit is indeed 75%, then PA with Emergency Protocols and Empath/Lone Wanderer (rank 1) should bring you to the cap.
Hydraulic Bracers are a godsend if you're running a power armor unarmed build They take a 17 damage punch and apply a secondary source of damage dealing an unknown, but substantial second hit, and with a combo of Pain Train, sprint power attack, Hydraulic bracers, and Exploding palm you can accidentally sometimes one shot legendary mole miners at Uranium Fever Thats one hell of a normal punch
In my opinion, the only real thing that makes me wear power armour for a build over regular armour is the protection from radiation. I feel like the bulk of power armour's benefits can be met to an equal standard, with preferable drawbacks, through sacrificing a little carry weight and resistance perks like barbarian and evasive. The common argument is that you've then spent points on those perk cards, but think about the amount saved from power armour perks!
I do like this format better (listing the best first, and not just a laundry list of mods available). Now that Wastelanders has been out for a while and I have Bullion I need to get rid of, perhaps you could review if T-65 or Stangler Heart is worth putting any effort towards? Do any of the recent or upcoming PTS changes change your opinion of the Lifegiver + Emergency Protocols synergy?

What about the stealth boy modification? I've seen it as a modification in the enclave bunker for the X-01 power armor but never bothered to pick it up.
I have emergency protocol on the torso. Calibrated shocks on both legs. Nothing on the arms. I still need to get the helmet but I'm most likely getting the targeting mod once I have it.
I came here looking for info on weld rebar and I don’t think that you and properly describe that I can’t find any definitive info on it so far but I’m pretty sure that that welded rebar is a conditional one that if they have a successful daily attack on you and Bob Does 50% of their attack back I think that’s what it does and you don’t take the damage unlike reactive plate which simply reflects all of their mainly attacks back for 50% but you still date the damage. I don’t see that it’s hard to understand the difference except One seems to let you not take the damage. I kind of thought when I was looking at it that it was going above my fix that full attack unfortunately I don’t think that’s what it’s doing, but all honesty doesn’t take resources as much resources to put on isn’t it better, in every way than reactive white I mean seems like they do the same thing except one cost more than the other
Any word on a rebalance between armor and PA? I'm only finding PA useful for a nuked zone as armor with legendaries just outclasses PA for most of the game.
Could you test a build for me? Berzerkers Stealth Commnado with all Life Saving Armor with 1 Autostim piece, but all the armor pieces are broken to get 0 DR but still have the effects active. With the perks Revanant, Born Survivor, Mysterious Savior, Dodgy, and Ricochet? I want to see if this build can be an immortal Phoenix class. Possibly new meta for PvP since you technically can't died.
Hi,i heard(and it seems true to me)that if you are sneaking but there are other person not sneaking,the bonus damage from sneak its not applied(against earl or the queen). I feel a lot of ppl doesn't know,and i think it can be helpful to talk more about this bug(if it is,i don't know at this point). Its visible on earl health bar using heavy hitters,like deathclaw gauntlet or magic bloodied shotgun

hey turtle and community. I am wondering I got the T65 armor set started, with the helmet since I have yet to find a good one with any star mods on them. How do you craft the Armor with 1,2,3 stars? I kinda sucks that the excavator is like the only power armor that can't have a jetpack, also the fact it's one of the weakest, even I think compared to raider but I'm not completely sure, so basically the only thing going for it is extra ore when collecting with both arms equipped and the extra carry weight while having the whole set on, which don't get me wrong that extra 100 carry capacity is pretty good and I had used it for quite a while until I found it was one of the weakest but that extra carry capacity is like the only really good thing about it
How do i get Calibrated Shock for Ultracite PA? Some people say kill SQB and SB other say that you can buy them from venders in game, but what venders??? A dude got me to do the full bunker quest line just for me to find out that they didnt sell the Ultracite Calibrated shock mods or plans :( If any one has a spare of Ultracite Calibrated shock plans on PC please let me know, i rly need it ;)
Is this bugged sometimes? A few times I’ve put it on at 40-50 overweight and still been overweight with excavator on (with calibrated and +STR) with carry limit still only in high 300s. Seems not to account for the kids occasionally.
MrWigpeeler, it’s possible there is a bug on this. 76 is riddled with them. I personally have not experienced this issue myself but I will keep an eye out
I've also done several runs with hydraulic bracers. bare fist punching is surprisingly viable. I can 2 punch level 100 super mutants. There are enough videos about it it caught my attention. You might wanna give it a fresh look.
Deborah back when you made this video turtle but medic pump is not a solution to low health bill because again it doesn’t go off unless you take direct damage now if you’re getting hit by shit all the time at low health then it’ll constantly be going off there’s no cool down other than the cool time of the healing overtime. There’s no cool down automatic pop body won’t go off until the spin back. You’re currently on finishes it healing overtime. That’s kind of aindirect right so if you have it, you just had a spin pack and it hasn’t finished yet. Another one won’t go off but the same time as your house it’s not reliable. It’s too close to being dead or Betty you get two hits in a row and only have 80 or you know that’s kind of tight.
Those mods you called out to be best just ARE the best (would move Targeting HUD to S tier but ok) Aaaand if you wanna some fun with your fists then Hydraulic bracers actually deals good damage (might be good idea for stream (fists only))

Ty for the interesting video Angry Turtle I almost always run a full unyielding SS with one chameleon SS or trapper chameleon The trapper has -50% Fall and so does one of the SS so no worry about falling anymore I used to try to use PA but the Unyielding spoiled me 30 str 15 Per and 27 agility hard to beat well at least for me Its a Stealth Hvy Gunner Junkies or Heavy Gunner Bloodied Flamer/ Junkies Gauss Minigun build but can switch to Junkies Gauss shotgun by just switching to the shotgun perks its skeet shooter that makes it a fairly good sniper with the scope its great It's hilarious when you hit a super mutant for say 1500 or more and he says such puny hits or, you hit like a rad roach and you can see his body is either giblets or burnt and he is speaking from the grave But I suppose after the Damage nerf is live I may have to redo everything Sigh Sorry i wrote so much I get carried away about gaming at times
Why are you able to have more carry weight with non powered armor vs Power Armor? With my SS Armor and perk card setup i have a max carry weight of 365 and my stash on me is 175. But as soon as i put on my power armor, im overcumbered by almost double that. 🤔

Yeah, but the Lakemont for every region isn’t the same that one regions all the time when you’re running whether you’re taking damage or not it’s Reagon where is course assembly only speeds up your region when you’re not taking damage or using a P assembly is great for auto type stuff today because the moment something died, you know that that you have that like one second Cool down and then boom your first going up or assembly makes it just go zoom at the same time does sprint but you can put on the lights. It’ll be going up when you’re sprinting regardless of something and sprinter the next bank it’ll be going up likewise, kinetic dinger weather I mean, obviously because you’re being attacked whether you’re using a fear or not kinetic dynamo regions it assembly weights till you’re done and then makes it go super quick+6 is a lot
That’s not the way medic pump works magic pump only goes off when you take damage below 50%. It doesn’t go off from tick damage so if you’re poisoned or something, it will only go off if you take some other kind of damage direct damage that’s the downside of it if you’re dying to poison or you’re dying to something else that happening overtime, it will lack off, I’ve been using it extensively and you just have to keep in mind that if you’re taking some kind of poison damage like from my mom that’s a jamboree for fence or mutated when they poison. You have to hit your stack manually. I mean it’s usually not a problem because while your poison if you take damage something it’s your choo-choo. Does any kind of direct damage in your ball 50%? It will go off, I love it because my bills right now there’s not a lot else that’s great in that flat it says in my bill
After the last patch they denied attaching Jet Pack into the Ultracite PA Helmet. I guess I have a "Legacy PA" allowing me to have both Jet Pack and Emergency Protocols :-)

I think this video is missing like 3 mods, the chest mod that gives you strength, the chest mod that gives you reduced stagger and the arm mod with energy damage on punch. There's also a few missing head mods. I think they aren't available on the Ultracite armor like, at all, yet they're on what appears to be every other PA set.
I want the best power armor and with extra carrying capacity increase by 100 (like Excavator P.A.) Can I mod T-65 power armor with Calibrated Shocks? Would this give me 100 more carrying capacity? Sorry, I am new here.
You can only get the mods from scorched beasts or the queen. It took a long time for me to get the emergency protocols. Maybe someone might sell it in their vendor if you are lucky.

You don't say anything about bloodied - but are you saying its still the best mod for full heath builds as well, so that if you are taking damage it will kick in and save you when you have fallen bellow 20%, i would have though medic pump would be better - as the way damage works if your taking so much damage will the game catch up fast enough for Emergency Protocols to work ? i have medic pump in my chest just now as i finally gave up being low health build ( for the moment anyway ) and an not sure if you are saying Emergency Protocols is the best for all or just blooded low health builds ? And if it is just for low health builds then it is not the top tier chest mod - its just the top tier for one type of build and not universally the best mod.
it's universally the best although you can argue it's A tier for full health, anyway if you use emergency protocols and born survival rank 1 as full health it will save you some stims with the same end result in most cases
@@AngryTurtle PA (other than Excavator) can have the +100 carry weight mod in the legs, bringing them up to par with Excavator without that mod. Excavator goes up to +200, but if you want to forego calibrated shocks, you can add a +AP Refresh rate to the legs - fantastic if you use VATS, like with magic shotgun. It also frees you from using APR in your chest, allowing you to still use that sweet chest mod you like so much! ;-) ;-) ;-D thus increasing your survival and at the same time increasing AP refresh - a great possibility with the Excavator.
Craft legs of power armor with super duper until you hear it prock when you inspect the armor you'll see that there's two right legs or two left legs when done right this allows an extra 100 on top of that 100 not to mention emergency protocols times 2 my dudes
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't melee with a gun count as power attacks? If so it may be useful for people for power armor gun build not amazing but better than leaving an empty slot

@@bluepancakex not particularly imo, power armor is so big & clunky that anything that boosts its stealth is kinda redundant as even if you're invisible enemies will hear you from a mile away, stick to mods that boost survivability in PA, stealth for regular armor

Targeting HUD should be a new mutation called "Thermal Vision", you can see enemies' heat signature naturally but have reduced Per by 4 and +10 Fire Damage Taken. You're eyee basically get irritated and seeing intense heat hurts you.
If the HUD was replaced by detecting dead bodies/meat piles/bot scrap piles if would be a great QOL feature.

I agree with mostly everything except for the calibrated shocks. I don’t have an issue with carry weight so that mod is the worst in my opinion.
Since you take 70% less damage with PA + Emergency Protocols, does anything that brings it over 75% even matter? I remember you testing a Sentinel's radicals mask when they could be legendary and finding out that the max amount of Sentinel's effects that you can stack is 5. If the limit is indeed 75%, then PA with Emergency Protocols and Empath/Lone Wanderer (rank 1) should bring you to the cap.
multiplicative effects stack, additives are capped at 75% to avoid reaching total dmg immunity
Hydraulic Bracers are a godsend if you're running a power armor unarmed build
They take a 17 damage punch and apply a secondary source of damage dealing an unknown, but substantial second hit, and with a combo of Pain Train, sprint power attack, Hydraulic bracers, and Exploding palm you can accidentally sometimes one shot legendary mole miners at Uranium Fever

In my opinion, the only real thing that makes me wear power armour for a build over regular armour is the protection from radiation. I feel like the bulk of power armour's benefits can be met to an equal standard, with preferable drawbacks, through sacrificing a little carry weight and resistance perks like barbarian and evasive. The common argument is that you've then spent points on those perk cards, but think about the amount saved from power armour perks!
I do like this format better (listing the best first, and not just a laundry list of mods available). Now that Wastelanders has been out for a while and I have Bullion I need to get rid of, perhaps you could review if T-65 or Stangler Heart is worth putting any effort towards? Do any of the recent or upcoming PTS changes change your opinion of the Lifegiver + Emergency Protocols synergy?
Oh, did they finally fix optimized bracers? If I remember correctly, it used to actually increase power attack ap cost. Haven't tested it out in a long time though.
What about having legendary perks on power armor? There were few legendary pieces back in FO 4, and I'd like to have them in 76 too

for those using auto axe i recomend using the action point cost for heavy attacks in power armor makes all the difference

What about the stealth boy modification? I've seen it as a modification in the enclave bunker for the X-01 power armor but never bothered to pick it up.
I forgot to say I didn't include mods that are not available for all pa, stealth boy is only useful in pvp, you can't sneak with pa
its C tier at best as it drains your AP to use the stealth field

I have emergency protocol on the torso. Calibrated shocks on both legs. Nothing on the arms. I still need to get the helmet but I'm most likely getting the targeting mod once I have it.
Wow didn't even mention Chameleon for the XO1 torso. Is a holdover from my earlier days and is useless. I need to switch to Emergency Protocols.
I came here looking for info on weld rebar and I don’t think that you and properly describe that I can’t find any definitive info on it so far but I’m pretty sure that that welded rebar is a conditional one that if they have a successful daily attack on you and Bob Does 50% of their attack back I think that’s what it does and you don’t take the damage unlike reactive plate which simply reflects all of their mainly attacks back for 50% but you still date the damage. I don’t see that it’s hard to understand the difference except One seems to let you not take the damage. I kind of thought when I was looking at it that it was going above my fix that full attack unfortunately I don’t think that’s what it’s doing, but all honesty doesn’t take resources as much resources to put on isn’t it better, in every way than reactive white I mean seems like they do the same thing except one cost more than the other
I mostly use Excavator PA and Calibrated Shocks & Motion-Assisted Servos greatly increases my carry weight (almost 500 cw with full Excavator pieces)
What about for T65 so far I have the torso ,jet pack and left leg
Any word on a rebalance between armor and PA? I'm only finding PA useful for a nuked zone as armor with legendaries just outclasses PA for most of the game.

Berzerkers Stealth Commnado with all Life Saving Armor with 1 Autostim piece, but all the armor pieces are broken to get 0 DR but still have the effects active. With the perks Revanant, Born Survivor, Mysterious Savior, Dodgy, and Ricochet?
I want to see if this build can be an immortal Phoenix class. Possibly new meta for PvP since you technically can't died.

Hi,i heard(and it seems true to me)that if you are sneaking but there are other person not sneaking,the bonus damage from sneak its not applied(against earl or the queen).
I feel a lot of ppl doesn't know,and i think it can be helpful to talk more about this bug(if it is,i don't know at this point).
Its visible on earl health bar using heavy hitters,like deathclaw gauntlet or magic bloodied shotgun

Dont remember for 100%, but Power Landing should work with perk 'Pain Train', we used it back on survival mode in old times.

Wait so do any movement or sprint speed buffs stack? Dead man running does a very similar effect. I've been using it with speed demon and feeling very quick, but not im wondering if im imagining it haha. was hoping to stack the PA mod leg mods on top of it all... but I guess I'll keep dreaming.
all movement speed bonuses are capped at 20% so they do stack until you achieve 20% bonus (speed demon alone put you at cap)
hey turtle and community. I am wondering I got the T65 armor set started, with the helmet since I have yet to find a good one with any star mods on them. How do you craft the Armor with 1,2,3 stars? I have the cores and modules but dont see the option to add or craft it to be legendary. Hoping somone can tell a noob what I am missing lol, thanks if so
I kinda sucks that the excavator is like the only power armor that can't have a jetpack, also the fact it's one of the weakest, even I think compared to raider but I'm not completely sure, so basically the only thing going for it is extra ore when collecting with both arms equipped and the extra carry weight while having the whole set on, which don't get me wrong that extra 100 carry capacity is pretty good and I had used it for quite a while until I found it was one of the weakest but that extra carry capacity is like the only really good thing about it

How do i get Calibrated Shock for Ultracite PA? Some people say kill SQB and SB other say that you can buy them from venders in game, but what venders??? A dude got me to do the full bunker quest line just for me to find out that they didnt sell the Ultracite Calibrated shock mods or plans :(

Magic pump now you all spin packs it uses them in the order of regular super then diluted as to most of the automatic standback method
Action Boy/Girl, Dodgy, Born Survivor, Kinetic Dynamo Power Armor chest mod. Super tanky full health power armor build.
Excavator + Calibrated Shocks will give you +200 carry weight total. Which is useful at times.
Is this bugged sometimes? A few times I’ve put it on at 40-50 overweight and still been overweight with excavator on (with calibrated and +STR) with carry limit still only in high 300s. Seems not to account for the kids occasionally.
MrWigpeeler, it’s possible there is a bug on this. 76 is riddled with them. I personally have not experienced this issue myself but I will keep an eye out

I've also done several runs with hydraulic bracers. bare fist punching is surprisingly viable. I can 2 punch level 100 super mutants. There are enough videos about it it caught my attention. You might wanna give it a fresh look.

Deborah back when you made this video turtle but medic pump is not a solution to low health bill because again it doesn’t go off unless you take direct damage now if you’re getting hit by shit all the time at low health then it’ll constantly be going off there’s no cool down other than the cool time of the healing overtime. There’s no cool down automatic pop body won’t go off until the spin back. You’re currently on finishes it healing overtime. That’s kind of aindirect right so if you have it, you just had a spin pack and it hasn’t finished yet. Another one won’t go off but the same time as your house it’s not reliable. It’s too close to being dead or Betty you get two hits in a row and only have 80 or you know that’s kind of tight.

I know that in open plains you can see enemies clearly..but try to find scorched in trees of cranberry bog..you get a better overview of enemies and their numbers..etc.

I almost always run a full unyielding SS with one chameleon SS or trapper chameleon
The trapper has -50% Fall and so does one of the SS so no worry about falling anymore
I used to try to use PA but the Unyielding spoiled me
30 str 15 Per and 27 agility hard to beat well at least for me
Its a Stealth Hvy Gunner Junkies or Heavy Gunner Bloodied Flamer/ Junkies Gauss Minigun build but can switch to Junkies Gauss shotgun by just switching to the shotgun perks its skeet shooter that makes it a fairly good sniper with the scope its great
It's hilarious when you hit a super mutant for say 1500 or more and he says such puny hits or, you hit like a rad roach and you can see his body is either giblets or burnt and he is speaking from the grave
But I suppose after the Damage nerf is live I may have to redo everything

Why are you able to have more carry weight with non powered armor vs Power Armor? With my SS Armor and perk card setup i have a max carry weight of 365 and my stash on me is 175. But as soon as i put on my power armor, im overcumbered by almost double that. 🤔

Yeah, but the Lakemont for every region isn’t the same that one regions all the time when you’re running whether you’re taking damage or not it’s Reagon where is course assembly only speeds up your region when you’re not taking damage or using a P assembly is great for auto type stuff today because the moment something died, you know that that you have that like one second Cool down and then boom your first going up or assembly makes it just go zoom at the same time does sprint but you can put on the lights. It’ll be going up when you’re sprinting regardless of something and sprinter the next bank it’ll be going up likewise, kinetic dinger weather I mean, obviously because you’re being attacked whether you’re using a fear or not kinetic dynamo regions it assembly weights till you’re done and then makes it go super quick+6 is a lot

That’s not the way medic pump works magic pump only goes off when you take damage below 50%. It doesn’t go off from tick damage so if you’re poisoned or something, it will only go off if you take some other kind of damage direct damage that’s the downside of it if you’re dying to poison or you’re dying to something else that happening overtime, it will lack off, I’ve been using it extensively and you just have to keep in mind that if you’re taking some kind of poison damage like from my mom that’s a jamboree for fence or mutated when they poison. You have to hit your stack manually. I mean it’s usually not a problem because while your poison if you take damage something it’s your choo-choo. Does any kind of direct damage in your ball 50%? It will go off, I love it because my bills right now there’s not a lot else that’s great in that flat it says in my bill

After the last patch they denied attaching Jet Pack into the Ultracite PA Helmet. I guess I have a "Legacy PA" allowing me to have both Jet Pack and Emergency Protocols :-)

I think this video is missing like 3 mods, the chest mod that gives you strength, the chest mod that gives you reduced stagger and the arm mod with energy damage on punch. There's also a few missing head mods. I think they aren't available on the Ultracite armor like, at all, yet they're on what appears to be every other PA set.

You can only get the mods from scorched beasts or the queen. It took a long time for me to get the emergency protocols. Maybe someone might sell it in their vendor if you are lucky.
Calibrated shocks is a very rare drop from the scorch beast queen they are hard to come by and worth a lot

you say Emergency Protocols is the best chest mod - is this for everyone ? not just bloodied. You don't say anything about bloodied - but are you saying its still the best mod for full heath builds as well, so that if you are taking damage it will kick in and save you when you have fallen bellow 20%, i would have though medic pump would be better - as the way damage works if your taking so much damage will the game catch up fast enough for Emergency Protocols to work ? i have medic pump in my chest just now as i finally gave up being low health build ( for the moment anyway ) and an not sure if you are saying Emergency Protocols is the best for all or just blooded low health builds ? And if it is just for low health builds then it is not the top tier chest mod - its just the top tier for one type of build and not universally the best mod.
it's universally the best although you can argue it's A tier for full health, anyway if you use emergency protocols and born survival rank 1 as full health it will save you some stims with the same end result in most cases

excavator pa and weight reducing perks
@@AngryTurtle PA (other than Excavator) can have the +100 carry weight mod in the legs, bringing them up to par with Excavator without that mod. Excavator goes up to +200, but if you want to forego calibrated shocks, you can add a +AP Refresh rate to the legs - fantastic if you use VATS, like with magic shotgun. It also frees you from using APR in your chest, allowing you to still use that sweet chest mod you like so much! ;-) ;-) ;-D thus increasing your survival and at the same time increasing AP refresh - a great possibility with the Excavator.

Craft legs of power armor with super duper until you hear it prock when you inspect the armor you'll see that there's two right legs or two left legs when done right this allows an extra 100 on top of that 100 not to mention emergency protocols times 2 my dudes
