After watching this entry into populous and well-groomed Europe, I just went back and watched Ep. 79, riding at high-elevation, mud and snow and utter desolation. What an extreme day that was, and what an adventure this entire trip has been, as we watch in quiet comfort, looking over Noraly's shoulder. And always that smile and laugh, no matter what the day brings. Simply amazing.

01:50 "Holland's backyard" When I was 19 years old I started motorcycle travelling and did my first 2 month tour through 7 countries in "Holland's backyard". That was a piece of cake compared to what Noraly did of course but I was so proud that I made it in these days, 1976 with my girlfriend on my Yamaha RD250 two stroke machine, living in a small tent and doing all the maintenance and repairing on my own. Noraly gives me a reminder of these journeys and produces always a wide smile on my face when I view her videos. Keep going, Noraly. You are a hero !

I've never even been to Austria and yet I got a pang of 'last day' feeling on seeing such clearly European architecture and roads. It kind of made me feel a bit melancholy. Luckily, I've still got all your other content to watch, so I get to enjoy more adventures with Noraly, from the comfort of my couch.
Leuk kanaal, mede-TH-camr. Je was in de 'achtertuin' van deze halve Oostenrijker. Het kasteel was de Riegersburg (in het gelijknamige plaatsje - aan de achterkant is een lift, je hoeft dus niet omhoog te lopen), en bij de bakker die dicht was, herkende ik Bernstein...

I see ... so close at home I understand you have lost your fun in exploring nice regions. I don't care, because I know Europe very, very well. And I know how much pretty regions are waiting for a visit. But for your follower outside of Europe it is probably a litte disappointing to see almost nothing from this continent. It's a pitty but understandable.
Patagonia to Alaska? Hyyype! Definitely will be looking forward to that! That will be one amazing trip!
If you are going to be traveling to or through Alaska this time of year you will very much want to addition of a larger windscreen. The mosquitoes are unbelievable as are the tundra flies. Stay safe.

Noraly, ik heb erg genoten van je mooie videos van je motorreis in al die verre landen. Ik ben al wat ouder en rij zelf al meer als 40 jaar motor, en ik bewonder het gemak waarmee je de motor rijdt.
De Enfield heeft daarnaast ook mijn aandacht en een beetje rondkijkend op U tube zag ik veel filmpjes en wat wekt mijn verbazing op 9 van de 10 videos wordt je genoemd en zegt men om te gaan kijken op je site!

Royal Enfield should sponsor your trips. You bring so much buzz to them.
Should have stumped for the services, parts, tyres and chains. THIS has been incredible as a promo for RE especially on a new model, it has proven the reliability and economy of this bike.
@@TR5T Royal Enfield has a huge market in India which will only be getting bigger and bigger but it needs to go global. It owes that to the RE legacy.
I disagree! She hardly shows the bike. For example do you ever remember seeing the bike’s tires or chain? She avoids showing the bike more then necessary.
This is a travel show and the bike is just happened to be there.
If the bike was that important you would have memorized how the bike look like from different angles.
@@tucobenedico I do'nt think that is true really. each problem and service do include replacement information, including that the clutch and cable replacement were pretty certainly due to the standard clutch cable length not being suitable for the "high rise" handlebar modification (now removed) - and not (so far) being replicated. A case of no news being good news.
You can see plenty of pictures of the bike elswhere. Best to ride it and enjoy it - not keep looking at it. :-)
If RE doesn't make her the ambassador, I'm not buying RE ever.
omfg i am watching this NOW in 2020 and i don't know why but when she sad that she was meting peter and klavdia form avstrija i immediately rememberd pavlin meting some ppl on his trip whit something similar and just found his video ... some ppl rely have luck bumping into motorcycle travelers i GUESS .. :D
May I criticize a little? :) Why this video was so small? Maybe Europe for you not so interesting, but for us it is. Please show us more of it
The channel is not supposed to be a travel guide to the world, but to inspire you to what is possible.
Why not get yourself a bike and go and travel Europe and the world and see it for yourself?

@@bmwboxerlowersaxony9952 Yes but as you can see in this video she doesn't show much entusiam about traveling on those countries(Austria, Germany..) she will just jump to her next adventure from Patagonia to Alaska, and it show that she prefers more adventurous roads than just a trip in Europe.

Holland wasn`t that hilly when I took my `76 Proddy race LeMans 1 over there in `81, but knowing the Dutch, they`ve probably built some nice mountains since then.
This was an excellent ride.
The landscape and the architecture were stunning.
Even the weather co-operated.

It was amazing how you stopped at the petrol station and your bike got filled. I've heard of wireless contact phone charging but never of contact less petrol bike filling. Europe is really advanced as compared to the rest of the world 😂🤣😂🤣

European life is more fun and relaxing than American life style. American seems to work harder than EU. For example, the shop closed at noon and open up back at 2:00PM. Not in US, when you open the shop, you need to open on time and close on time. Otherwise, you will lost the customer and never close the store at the middle of the day. Most small stores might close one day a week. I never travel to EU countries, but I'll do it one time. I only travel in America, Canada, and Australia.

Expensive Europe!....on your ride to Alaska be prepared for fast roadways and expensive costing gas and goods. South America and Mexico should get you good back roads but in America you will need to search out those types of roads...If you go through California you need to see Yosemite and the Sierras and riding along the California coast is beautiful...Oregon coast is beautiful also. Looking forward to seeing what your route will be...LOL

Wow! I had a great time in northern Slovenia and southern Austria too. My friend was doing all the driving so I could concentrate on the great wines of the area. apart from brushing my teeth and coffee in the morning no water was involved in our meals. I love Austria!
