Love this video mate! I'm literally in the exact same boat as you. I'm 24, graduated with an info sci degree, and have been running my own Webflow-based web design business for a few years now haha. Also am stuck in this weird middle-ground of being both employed and also running my own business. Thinking of going full-time self-employed this year since I'm running out of time. Love what you do!

Awesome video! Your Time-to-Information ratio is off the charts-I've never seen someone pack so much valuable info into such a short time lol. The various SFX at the start are a litte off-putting, other than that top notch!!!

Great feedback! I was wondering if I was overediting. Noted for the next video. Also, I think my short-form content brain is trained to give value after value over and over again 😁

@@blaze-smt You definitely pulled it off that's for sure! Finally something POSITIVE to come out of short-form content haha

Great info! Definitely going to exploring this path seriously now. Would you say making content on youtube is another part of your "attract serious clients" strategy?

It definitely will! My approach to TH-cam for now is to attract beginner designers and freelancers

You definitely are good at the whole giving value thing bro! I'm a brand new web design and digital agency owner starting 2 agencies doing the same thing but just for 2 different niches. And this was a great help honestly. You're good at this youtube thing and the owning a business thing! Got my subscribe real fast.
Do you have a community or ever consider starting one?

I'm looking to start a community sometime this year! I definitely want to do it right and overload it with value from courses to live calls

This is the most informative video on starting an agency. Looking forward to starting my own in Sacramento!

It really is though. Just absolutely jammed with info and not just BS info...like actual steps to take and that are way better than all these channels with hundreds of thousands and millions of subs!
