Okay, Petunia needs armour. Find some armadillos and either wait for them to passively drop scutes or brush them. I think they drop them about every 5 minutes so with one ‘dillo you will have enough to craft armour, which can be dyed. The armour stats are similar to Netherite, I believe. On a side note which you may or may not want to use, as your playing on PC, placing doors underwater creates a breathing space. Yes it is ‘cheaty’ but it is handy for ship wrecks and mining diamonds in the relatively ne underwater caves. Oh, great to see ya back 😊

🦴Take a bed when you travel. When you pick it up, your spawn will reset to the world spawn, which is close to your base. You can also use a compass when you travel, in case you get misoriented... it will point back to the spawn. As long as you remember to pick up the bed, you should be able to travel for miles safely. Before you do something dangerous, place the bed to reset your spawn there, and you won't have to travel so far to re-claim your gear (if something bad happens). Put an extra sword/shield and food in a chest next to the bed. The clock starts when the chunk reloads, so if you spawn really far away, you may still have time to pick it up if you remember how to get there. It's just easier and doesn't waste time if you are closer. If you find interesting things in the overworld, write down the coordinates so that you can make a nether gate to get back to it more quickly. Except when you are exploring new areas, most of your travel will be in the Nether. You can make good/safe roads/rails to travel and cut down on your travel time to remote places.

You gotta get a shield, Its helps keep you a live more then anything else. Then iron amor, And maybe an enchant table. Even a non upgraded one helps, Protection 1 on armor is useful in the beginning. You got this! 🦴

Yes, iron golems do drop iron when killed (and sometimes poppies), which is the basis for all iron farms. Water however, has nothing to do with it.
