When I shared my love of making pizza he took me downstairs to see how they were making dough. At another visit I was allowed to actually make and launch my own pizza. Every time I go to Chicago I make a special trip to Spacca Napoli!
This is one of those reviews where you remember that ultimately Dave is just a 12 year-old searching for the perfect slice of cheese pizza he once had at his friend's birthday party at the bowling alley. For real though, this place is legit some of the best napoli pizza you can find

If you get what Neapolitan pizza is all about, you can't go back. It's definitely the real deal. Light dough, fresh and the best texture that's both crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And it has to be eaten fresh out of the oven. Not cold the next day when you're hungover. Good NY pizza is a close second for me. Similar to Roman pizza. And that's it. Anything else can't really be considered pizza. It's bread with stuff on top.
Great way if your on the move, when I've worked in mobile service/delivery positions I would do this with pizzas as I could one hand eat a whole pizza with little mess, other side of the coin is the box on the passenger seat, trying to fiddle with slices at a time while driving, sliding ingredients, dripping sauce, a nightmare... this way of eating definitely has its place!
