I do find Cathedral City doesnt crumble when I freeze it. I buy the big blocks when they are on offer. As its only me and Im not supposed to eat to much of it freezing cheese works best for me. You go girl love the new series.

Thanks a lot. Between the two of us and the long best before dates on cheese for me it is better to fridge cheese. If I was locking down for 6 months then I would freeze a supply

Good content, Liz. I rely on my freezer all the time. YOGURT MILK: I'd be very interested in your process for making that ?pint? sized container from the freezer; how do you make such a small amount, please? AND, I have a lot of trouble getting eggs from a plastic bag; any tips on how not to lose so much left in the bag?? Thank you for all your ideas! : )

On my channel I have shown how I make yogurt in a thermos flask which holds the amount I need. As regards the eggs I have heard you can freeze them in ice cube trays then when frozen put together in a bag. Take out as many egg cubes as you need from the bag and put in a dish to thaw.

@@littleurbanhomestead818 I've tried using the ice cube tray idea, but my trays can't hold one entire ege. I'm on the look out for larger trays, i.e. muffin ones that can do the job. I just wondered how 'you' did it. Thanks! : )
