    As a realtor in my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity.

      If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

      I've been thinking of going that route been holding on to a bunch of stocks that keeps tanking and I don't know if to keep holding or just dump them, do think your Inv-coach could guide me with portfolio-restructuring as i wouldn’t mind a recommendation.

    How would you handle a situation where the homeowner says something like, “Yes I’d be willing to sell if you brought me a buyer but I don’t want to enter into a listing contract with you. You can bring me a buyer and I’ll sell it to them myself but I’m not going to pay any commission”

      Our favorite words in real estate….NEXT. Take the buyer elsewhere OR have them sign a Broker to Owner registration form (Texas). If they won’t sign a listing agreement or Broker to owner agreement and just refuse to pay someone for service it’s not worth the effort.

    The effects of the downturn are beginning to sink in. People are being impacted by the long-term decline in property prices and the housing market. I recently sold my house in the Sacramento area, and I want to invest my lump-sum profit in the stock market before prices start to rise again. Is now the right moment to buy or not?

      I completely agree. I have been consistent with my profit regardless of the market conditions. I got into the market early in 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me, so I sold off. I got back in December 2020 and this time with guidance from an investment adviser who was recommended by a colleague

      Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Margaret Johnson Arndt for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.

    The last 5 mins of the conversation is what makes prospecting so easy for me… I’m a buyer (myself), I’m a fix and flipper, I’m a wholesaler, and I have my license. The first two conversations are much easier to approach a homeowner with…then, I am the solution if they want to list.

    This is a MUCH BETTER video on several counts! 1) Having all 3 of you on screen is so much more personal for Ben & Dominique. 2) The sound is perfectly balanced between the three of you. So, I don't have to constantly ride the volume on my computer. And, 3) Dominique's feed is SO much much better! There's not all of that "video static" that he's been experiencing for all of these sessions, since you've had him on the show. ..... Those are just 3 things that immediately jumped out at me. Of course, the content is always great. But, the production is definitely a move in the right direction! MUCH better for those of us watching! Thank you, Brandon.

      @zak3157 I'm in CO and you either become a TB for both sides or you represent one side as a BA or SA and treat the other party as a customer. Your managing broker should be able to give you advice about this.
