i had broke my 3 month streak. just to see how my brain would deal with it... turns out i wasn't bothered but the gamer in me had become sad because i now have to start my count over.. I still feel far more healthier overall But it did solidify that i will more than likely go full SR for all of 2024. mainly because i feel with SR i can effectively remove the need to lust and edge.. Hay Yash, Im almost at a 2 year streak, in 1month I have to get complete anesthesia at the hospital because they have to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth, after that I'll have to take pain killers for some days and sit still at home, my question is will this affect my streak? I don't like hospitals I'm not very willing to do it ....

i am also a proponent of extracting teeth only as a last resort but sometimes you have to. But fortunately wisdom teeth are less important than all your other teeth. I had mine out when I was 19 because they were cutting and destroying my gums. it wont affect your streak.

I noticed of course the reccurence of the semen retention topic, i put that away cos as is said before i'm rather in abstinence cos my point is: 'why would you choose the difficult way that is engaging a sexual intercourse and then stopping it, rather than no sex at all, wich is easier for me?'. Ok, here's the thing, the question came to me tonight: is it that it's not just about retaining mechanicly semen but also (and mainly) working to retain the lucidity so it doesn't collapse into the instinctual satisfaction. In other words: staying aware, and in control. That would be something like trying to maintain order (or balance if you prefer) as the earth is shaking. Bcs if it's what we're talking about, i am more interested, the exercice seems to have a clearest meaning to me.

My Mojo helped me with the pain after my wisdom tooth operation. After a month everything will be normal again.
