I put on a couple of shows last year and on the whole they went quite well. Something I'd advise is to create marketing material that all the acts can use. For example flyer, facebook and instagram banners that all the acts can use to put on their socials or to print out and hand out.
Very good advice - hoping that someone will “discover you” usually doesn’t happen -so this advice is good - it’s good idea to start off small shows and then dream big - remember to have fun doing your own show -it takes an artist 10 years of hard work on average “to make it big”

McChisel I do a lot of built in shows but haven’t done any shows of my own. The biggest festival I’ve played was 30,000 people with a group called the Newsboys. Only thing is those shows are only a couple time a year and like Kohrey said it’s not good sitting around waiting to get book so I’m nervous but excited to start doing my own shows here in Detroit.

I love this. Having a team can make this easier. I run an annual pro wrestling Event. I do pretty much everything as coordinating it, but I Start 6 months out.

I live in Sydney, I don’t have a lot of friends or if any that share that hip hop passion , I keep telling myself, I gotta get myself out there, (covid lockdowns doesn’t help my cause-just another easy excuse for you to do nothing about shit anyway dickhead lol) much fun, much fun, plus (all jokes aside) I’m pretty f-ing sick at it (MC-dfunk) but yo it’s all good besides I’m just finally coming up writing my dopest lyrics down now anyways yeah or I always tell myself , I need a band/dj (but don’t ever really get up look or know how where to look out for)just a hobby nothing serious. The one thing I feels real important before I die is to get 15-20 funky blow up good original tracks with my lyrics recorded down over !! You know what I mean, just like kicking back listening an (meditate) appreciating the life you lived an let it be handed down to your grandkids grandkids over an over for udig!!!
